Staff Amazing
Everything was brilliant but staff were exceptional, Was greeted nicely everyday by staff and especially the animation team member Daniel , He was great , offered everyday for people to do many activities such as table tennis , football, water polo and more , He was a very friendly man , and offered to teach people that were new to that activity, Water polo was amazing , Everything was just amazing
Fantastic holiday at a beautiful location!
The Grecotel Daphnila Bay has a fantastic location with a beautiful beach and calm bay for swimming, watersports and views. The chilled relaxed vibe was perfect for a post A levels family holiday. Staff were amazing, they genuinely wanted to help and were very friendly and professional. We had a family bungalow with an amazing view, I suppose you could say some small bits of the bungalow were a little tired but overall it was lovely. Gardens were amazingly well kept, great work by the team! Any issues were quickly dealt with - the kettle leaked, by the time we got back to our bungalow we had a new one! How staff managed to clear the place up so quickly after an incredible storm I have no idea! Everyone seemed to genuinely help each other and the different area teams all seemed to work together well. Beach bar - constantly busy but quick! Terrace bar lovely, pool bar busy and efficient. Food - constant high quality in the buffet and restaurants. We had lunch at the beach bar most days, great pizza, fresh salads & fruit. Asia Oliva - amazing. Tavernaki - mezze for starters fantastic, could have eaten that all night! Il Gattopardo, delicious - beef carpaccio and arancini recommended, all pasta mains too! Activities - cocktail making class fun, wine tasting fab. Hoped to play water polo but the storm rolled in that day! We preferred the beach to the pool but it’s personal preference. Drivers constantly doing laps from hotel to beach, and stopping to drop you at your accommodation. Corfu Ski Club on the beach an absolute bonus! We will definitely be back! Thank you to the amazing team.

Some TLC needed but overall a lovely holiday
Just got home from a week staying with my 3 year old and husband.
Pros:
- hotel staff amazingly friendly and helpful
- staff work hard to keep the hotel clean
- shallow pool for toddlers was great
- evening outdoor cinema a nice touch to keep children busy - and the popcorn and candy floss!
- à la carte restaurant experiences were lovely
- danilia village trip was a great evening outdoor cinema
- easy to book trip to Corfu town via hotel concierge
- sunbeds can’t be reserved until after 9am so avoids the crazy rush
- daily crepes and ice cream!
Cons:
- very little shade available at the pool
- less children’s facilities than expected - challenging finding child-friendly food sometimes in the main restaurant, no pool slides/play area
- the kids club area was very basic. Friendly team but just a wooden shed with some old children’s games and a plastic wendyhouse
- whole site needs some TLC. Stayed in a bungalow which had a brilliant view but very shabby around the edges. Needs renovating (reception area and pool deck/bar most modern) as very tired decor / scruffy
- beach could be much more beautiful. Beach restaurant / bar really nice but the beach has very little sand and is mostly scrubby grass
Overall we would recommend, but definitely some elements to improve!

Wonderful stay
Five friends and I booked a short break to Daphnila bay and we could not have been happier. The hotel is in a beautiful location with gorgeous views and crystal clear sea. The hotel is very aesthetically pleasing, spotlessly clean with lots of different spaces to explore, the Greek taverna and Asian restaurants on the beach, a beautiful bar area inside and out and the Italian a la carte restaurant where the food was stunning. The food in all of the restaurants did not disappoint in any way and exceeded our expectations. The drinks selection was lovely with branded spirits, cocktail and even a wine tasting experience if you book it. The pool is very refreshing, clean with comfortable sun loungers, towels provided in all areas and the staff can not do enough for you. The service we received from the guest services team, Alexis and Angela especially who went above and beyond during our entire stay. We loved it so much we’re coming back again asap. We had a wonderful day on the Asteras bbq boat trip, the highlight of our stay! Thank you so much for our wonderful much needed mums break!

Lovely relaxing week
Just got back from a week’s stay at this lovely hotel. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave the staff cannot do enough for you. Everyone is so friendly and the food is delicious (make sure you book the à la carte restaurants because they are fab - ask the hotel for details for the app before you arrive so that you can book in advance) All drinks included in the all inclusive package. My husband injured his back whilst we were there and a special mention goes to Aggeliki and Konstantina who were so considerate and couldn’t do enough to help. There is a steep hill to get down to the beach but there is a free taxi service up and down the hill - very welcome after a hard day relaxing at the beach!! We stayed in the main hotel on the top floor which had a fabulous sea view. Bathroom was a little bit tired but rooms were clean and spacious. First time we have done all inclusive and a chilled week is just what we needed. Thank you to all the staff for making a memorable holiday - we will be back!
