This fantastic beach hotel is very nicely located 100 metres away from the closest beach. Within walking distance guests will also be able to reach the bustling nightlife area of Kamari, with a variety of bars, pubs and discos. Guests can easily reach Fira and Oia, as the nearest bus stop is just a couple of blocks away. This is a perfect hotel for those who wish to be near to the beach and at the same time want to be close to the liveliest area on the island. *Note: The accommodation fee is paid directly from final consumer to hotel upon arrival or departure.

Lovely small hotel
Fantastic small hotel yards away from the seafront & restaurants and bars. The hotel & grounds are spotless, with staff working tirelessly to keep it that way. The pool is one of the highlights, sparklingly clean & refreshingly cool. The pool bar is open from 11am and serves bar food, beer, cocktails & coffee. Try the Greek coffee with a little bit of sugar! Breakfast was fine, typical European breakfast buffet but we didn't have dinner in the restaurant. September weather was great, warm and sunny but not stiflingly hot. We enjoyed lounging around the pool, strolling down to the seafront for lunch and relaxing on our verandah in the evening (but the chairs could be comfier). Plenty of sunbeds, free pool towels which you also can take to the beach. Our room was a good size and had little fridge with a small freezer compartment. Towels were changed daily and toiletries replenished. There are planes flying over the hotel constantly but it didn't bother us. They've gone in seconds and there weren't overnight.

A very nice hotel close to the beach and all the good restaurants will come back again. Definitely the staff is wonderful especially the morning breakfast crew made me feel very welcome.

We had a lovely stay at Rose Bay Hotel in Kamari. The hotel was really nice, the staff were very friendly, and the manager was especially helpful, always checking that everything was okay. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the beach, restaurants, and local shops. We would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Kamari.

A Wonderful Stay at Rosebay Hotel, Kamari, Santorini We were a family of five staying at Rosebay Hotel for one week, and what a wonderful experience it was! The hotel has a perfect location, just a few steps from the beach, and the entire hotel area is beautifully maintained, clean and full of charm and atmosphere. The breakfast was lovely, and the staff truly deserve special praise. They were professional, attentive, friendly and always welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel manager was exceptional – warm, kind, genuinely welcoming and incredibly accommodating. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly valued and very much at home. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable, with excellent beds, plenty of storage space and air conditioning. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Rosebay team for making us feel so welcome and for making our holiday and stay absolutely amazing! We leave with wonderful memories and can highly recommend Rosebay Hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful, welcoming and relaxing place to stay in Kamari. Amazing place
Love this hotel so much came last year and couldn’t wait to return , wonderful warm welcome and manager and staff remembered us and gave us the same room ? Bowl of fruit on arrival lovely room with everything you could possibly need , spotless throughout friendly hard working staff , amazing breakfast couldn’t ask for anything more
