The worst hotel I have been to
Worst hotel experience ever . Arrived late at night to be given a room I didn’t book and was too small for our family . To add , everything was very dirty filled with hair , dirt and stains everywhere, we even found a used tissue ! We asked the reception to be given the room we actually payed for but we were told to come back in the morning. Fast forward to the next day , we were given our room at approximately 2PM . The new room was even dirtier than the first one . The bathrooms had old guests stuff , mud prints on the ground , used toilet paper and some poop residue on the toilets . We asked if our bathrooms could be cleaned and were told to wait a couple of minutes but it’s been over 2hours and we were told to wait a couple more minutes . This hotel was very disappointing to say the least , the location was perfect but the hotel itself wasn’t good. If your thinking about going there or taking your family with you , think again and save yourself .

Clumps of dust were rolling around on the floor, and the kitchen and bathroom were covered in grime.
When another guest complained about the air conditioner at the reception, the staff didn't even offer to check it; they just kept repeating that the air conditioner was working fine and there were no vacant rooms. As a result, the man eventually said he would check out.
It was an unfriendly and dirty hotel.

NEVER AGAIN
The room was dirty (hair in the shower and on the toilet, dirt in the wardrobe and children's prints on the mirrors, even though we don't have children). We also saw a cockroach in the breakfast area.
The fridge stopped working and flooded the room. I called the reception but no one came and I preferred to take the fridge out to the hallway myself as I don't think I came on holiday and watch my room flood or to call the reception countless times hoping someone after hours would come and clean up the water. After spending two hours trying to get help, they finally replaced it but the new fridge was also dirty.
There were also misunderstandings with the English of the reception staff when we tried to book a taxi.
One day the room was cleaned but they didn't leave us any towels or toilet paper. After calling the front desk twice, we finally had to go there ourselves to get them.
The Wi-Fi connection is very poor. One night, a couple was arguing and screaming until 2am and the hotel staff didn't intervene for a long time.
The hotel is aesthetically beautiful, but the pool is neglected and smells strongly of chlorine.

Good position, in old town centre
Very pleasant and relaxing
This is my second time at this hotel and was nice to see many of the staff were still here and they remembered me from last time. The hotel is beautiful without being too formal and the staff very friendly. Much of it had been restored and preserved from hundreds of years ago and the original stones exist today at the entrance to the courtyard and in the Old Town in general. Ladies, leave your stilettos at home. I learned wedges with thick soles are the best for getting about. I hope to book again soon.
