Short break to a city I know well
A pleasant stay. My first revist in 10 years. Improvements have occurred in this time. English is more widlely spoken, but I speak Turkish. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Clearly training plays a big part. It would be difficult to mention any one staff member over another. My room was cleaned daily and all the public areas were kept spotless.
A wonderful experience, and I think I’ll be doing it again often.
A wonderful and very beautiful hotel. The staff are very respectful, especially "Super Mario," who was fantastic and extremely pleasant to deal with.

Great holiday in Antalya
It was very very nice in the ramada plaza hotel The hotel was very nice and big the rooms was alwayls cleaned very well Selma make a great job by cleaning our rooms. We enjoy every miniute of our stay here.
Do not recommemd
We paid for ultra all inclusive and when we ordered Becks(beer) at the beach bar they asked us to pay extra for the beer. That is absolutely disgusting and utlra.all inclusive is clearly a lie. The entire hotel and rooms reeks of whats probably a sewage system. The smell.is continuous and ever present. Hotel staff is cold they don't say thank you, you are welcome or.please, zero manners basically, and very very far from this to be called a customer service. It should be called a transactional service. But what got us most was that we had to.pay for a bottle of a beer despite having paid for ultra all inclusive. Basically you will only get cheap draft beer and cheap and disgusting cocktails if they can be called that since its just a cheap orange soda mixed with cheap alcohol. never again.
