We had an overall very pleasant stay at Centara Grand at CentralWorld and enjoyed our time at the hotel.
As guests with access to the Club Lounge, we were very well looked after by the lounge team. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive, and they genuinely made us feel welcome. A special thank you to Necolle, Lovely, Shanalle, Mila, Am, Lily and Thee for taking such good care of us. Your warm and friendly service was greatly appreciated. ❤️
Unfortunately, our experience with the management of the Club Lounge was not as positive. At times, we did not feel particularly welcome, and the overall interaction did not meet the level of hospitality we would expect from a five-star hotel. We believe every guest should feel equally welcome and appreciated.
We were very happy with our room and the housekeeping service. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day and was always clean, tidy and well maintained. A big thank you to the housekeeping team as well.
One other thing we noticed was that in the lobby and reception area, staff members walking past would rarely greet us. For a five-star hotel, we feel that a simple “Hello,” a smile, or a friendly acknowledgement of guests should be a natural part of the hospitality experience.
Overall, we had a lovely stay, and the wonderful staff in the Club Lounge contributed greatly to that. With a little more warmth from the lounge management and more attention to greeting guests in the lobby and reception areas, the experience could be even better.

THE WORST HOSPITALITY -
The absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The customer service is disgusting. The reception manager is a thief, they took me hostage and didn’t let me leave the hotel because THEY made a mistake with my booking. In addition to that they ruined my t shirts in the laundry and still made me pay for there mistakes. Absolutely the WORST WORST hospitality I have ever seen in my life and I’ve stayed in many 5 start hotels. Please please do not stay with these guys they have no passion for the customer and only care about money. So many other beautiful hotels in Bangkok make sure you stay away from these guys - they have zero sense of hospitality and respect.
The Staff Make it Special
I wouldn’t normally stay at a hotel in a mall but this was close to where I need to be for my short trip and, with the recent floods, it seemed especially sensible to stay somewhere nearby.
I arrived today after a long journey to be greeted at the check in desk by Fame who was incredibly professional, helpful and friendly. He made check-in simple and stress-free and he also shared some really useful information with me about how to access the places I needed to go.
All in all, it was a great start to my stay and it made me feel like I made the right choice when I decided to stay here. The rooms and the door staff are also lovely so that helps too!

A wonderful family stay with great hospitaly
We thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday at Centara Grand and felt very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.
A special thank you to M, Muek, Mila, Mayya, Jay and Nuey in the Club Lounge. Their kindness, attentiveness and genuine hospitality made our time there particularly memorable.
