Lovely hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here. We hope to go back next year.
Amazing hotel 4th time we have stayed, love it
Very friendly helpful staff. We never did manage to find the lounge for Mercury customers. I am not complaining just pointing this out because it is in your brochure. Also no discount card which is again in your brochure. It was still good value!
On arrival, we had no room set aside for some reason. We were given a room whilst this matter was sorted. They then gave us a choice of two rooms - we accepted one with a spectacular view over the pool and sea so all went well thereafter. Staff could not do enough for us without being patronising. Excellent choice of food at daily buffet meals. Very quiet at night.
Staff very helpful and polite. Hotel clean. Gardens well kept. Pools clean but need strict rules about swimwear.
We've have just had the most fantastic holiday to Kerala, India. We spent 10 nights in the Uday Samudra hotel in Kovalam a, and it was just perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff so friendly & helpful, the food delicious & the reps were great, full of information and always smiling. It's not the first holiday we've had with Mercury Holidays and it definitely won't be the last.
The hotel accommodation is of good quality but a bit dull and dark, especially, the reception area.
The wi-fi service was often not working. However, the staff tried to help as much as they could, in their capacity.
The buffet service was fine but once or twice they had very big groups to cater for which caused some ruckus. However, they soon rectified and separated the resident guests from visitor eaters.
The housekeeping staff were excellent and could not do enough to please us.
Lovely Hotel staff did there utmost to accommodate any requests. Would like to return sometime in the future.
Only slight issue was the cleanliness of the swimming pool edges.
The hotel were not very good in advertising their events and we 'fell across ' entertainments by accident
Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff and always willing to assist.
