Enjoyed the holiday. Hotel and facilities were very good. Mainly Russian and local guests, not many English. Been to Dubai and the Palm before, this hotel is different with regards to a more relaxed atmosphere. Staff very helpful and food was varied and very good.

We had a pool room which was nice but no privacy from our neighbours,
Also are cleaning room boy (ARGE) was very nice to us and cleaned our room(2350) throughout brilliantly and should commended,
We would certainly go back there again another time in the near future,

We were supposed to stay in the Hilton Fujarah, but were moved to the Miramar Al Aqah which definitely was not 5 star as stated, We have stayed at the Rixos, Al Marjan Island and that surpassed this hotel in every department at that was 4 star.
We had an oil slick on the beach for 5 of the 7 days of our stay.
The Russian clientele took over the hotel and their children were at times out of control especially at meal times.
Our room was nice except that the shower was over the bath and the bath was alongside the basin so not very much space.
Staff not very attentive and at times especially at the beach ignored clients completely.
Food was fine but you had to book to eat in the external restaurants and pick from a very limited fixed menu.

Overall the Hotel was Excellent , Our Bedroom was of the King size proportion of bed & space
and the food was very Good, but only had a limited range.
That said the food was plentiful and was of a very good standard, and the restaurant staff were pleasant and helpful.
There was a language problem in that in requesting just a glass of wine with the meal, which you would be given, then later a carafe of the same wine would be brought to the table, rather confusing.

Sighing off for all drinks did get rather annoying when one assumes that all guests would be on all inclusive, and the wine issue with the carafe after requesting just a glass of wine meant that you signed for 4 glasses of wine.

The staff were also extremely helpful and seemed to like the British in particular. The food at the buffet could not be faulted and the three speciality restaurants were great although it was a nuisance having to book these 24 hours in advance as well as selecting the food from the menu.

This is a good hotel.
However it was a poor choice for people of our age ie retired. There was a large number of very young families who made mealtimes more of a penance than a pleasure. We do not want to eat with crying babies and shouting toddlers!
The hotel description does not give the impression that it will be over-populated with small children - there are no facilities for them.
Our holiday was spoilt.

Would heartily recommend this hotel is out of Dubai by about 2 hours very quiet service of staff amazing and beach beautiful and quiet. Food is good and 3 restaurants you can book in all inclusive package are also good. THe gala dinner for new year the food available was unbelievable and the effort the staff put in for the night was fantastic would heartily recommend. A good holiday

"Villa" type accommodation within luscious garden complex around a brilliant pool area. Spacious dining within main building having good selection of national dishes on a buffet system.Speciality Restaurants available and a lovely beach area with sun beds and shades. Very good hotel with special staff who are very,very helpful and nothing is too much bother. Food amazing especially the Italian restaurant. We had 2 special dinners here with Chef Prem Kumar coming to our table and asking how we would like our steaks cooked. Also chef came after our meal to see if we had enjoyed it. Never been in a British restaurant where the chef has came out especially for us. Special mention to Dula, Adkan and all the staff at Italian restaurant can't praise them enough.

This hotel was excellent. I have nothing bad I could possibly say. Special thanks go to Roopesh for looking after us in our accommodation. The animation team did all they could to ensure our holiday was an enjoyable one. Special thanks to Dino, Olay, Alex, Marina and Arlina. During our stay they were nothing but attentive to our needs and I cAN honestly say that they made our holiday. There are so many people we would like to thank individually but I we could go on and on. Suffice to say that everyone we came into contact with had always a smile on their face and were eager to help. particularly the main and a la carte restaurant personnel. Have no fear of a holiday here.

Lovely hotel with exceptional staff. The beach, pool, grounds and facilities are excellent. This was the first all-inclusive hotel we have stayed in where you were required to wear a wrist band, and yet you still had to sign for everything !
Would have liked some free watersports included i.e kayaks, pedalos etc.
Evening entertainment was very limited.

Service slow in general. Like waiting 15 minutes for drinks with no other customers in the bar. Staff very good nevertheless. Must be the over complicated beurocracy in hotel methods.

Superb hotel. The only comment I would make is that 'ultra all-inclusive' really means 'limited all-inclusive' at this resort. There was only one beer available without paying.

For Dubai, it was still good value but that one word leads people to believe that it will be all singing and dancing. It was still good value but a little disappointing when only two main meals were available to choose from at the speciality restaurants. We would however go again.

This was a lovely and enjoyable stay. Without exception the staff were wonderful. I will remember the smile on the face of Sunday at reception for a long time.

I have only one small nag and it is very minor compared with all the plus points. The music playing in the restaurant did not change all week. I had nothing against the songs but I did wonder why no one ever changed it !

The hotel and staff were first class. The hotel was clean and in a great position on the beach. Food was good and varied if you used the two restaurants as well as the buffet, which we did.
One little niggle was the Wi-fi. only worked in lobby.
