The rooms – ranging from Standard Rooms to Villas – feel earthy and private, like a home away from home. Each room features an own private terrace, while the Premium Roof Terrace rooms boast expansive sunset views. Shades of orange and red offset the darker nuances of green and blue, while raw wooden furnishings and tarnished ceramics create a sense of pared back luxury. Décor is simple and chic, complimented with rattan interiors and neutral linens. Junior suites share a pool per unit of 2 suites, whereas villas enjoy a fully private pool for full family intimacy. Experience
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and I would especially like to thank Germeen one of the staff members for her exceptional service. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. Her warm attitude and attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you for the amazing hospitality!

It was a great experience the staff was so awesome especially germeen at the reception and ahmed raga Ahmed Ahmed ragab at the gate. The room service was more than greatness.
Worst guest experience
The worst service I have ever experienced at a hotel! Food arrived an hour late, bathroom amenities that I ordered never arrived after asking two times, took more than half an hour for an adopter to arrive! The worst thing of all is that after I had asked them to clean my room I came back at the end of a long day and nothing had been done! It was just left in the same state! I have now being waiting for over half an hour for someone to come and clean it and still no one has arrived!
Casa cook is disgusting
It’s actually the worst service I have ever received from a hotel. The room has not been cleaned since I checked in, everything takes more than an hour to arrive (even water). We explicitly asked for the room to be cleaned at the reception and we came back and nothing was done. All the amenities they mentioned were not there, and I sent my suit to get steamed and they ironed it and they ruined it.
Not worth half the price we paid. It’s disgusting.
