The hotel is fantastic! Everything is luxurious, peaceful, and very comfortable. The pool area is currently undergoing renovations, but a shuttle bus takes guests to two other pools just a few minutes away. Everything is very well organized. We recommend Steinenberger and our lifeguard, Joseff, who is a lovely person. The hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere for everyone. The restaurant serves excellent food, never crowded, and the drinks are beautifully served with fresh fruit. Everything is top-notch. El Gouna itself is amazing!
Sheraton Miramar summer Vacation
Sheraton Miramar is as always a friendly welcoming place of warmth, comfort. The whole hotel Staff ( Maria, Amany, Toka, Mostafa, Mohanad, Hany, Mina, Ahmed, Mahmoud, Refaat, Mariam) are incrediably friendly and nice. The Location and atmosphere are really heavenly great. I would give my stay here 10 out of 10

Best place in El Gouna
We stayed here for our 1st visit ever to Egypt. This place definatly deserves it's 5 stars. The service is above and beyond. We checked in after midnight and they immediatly asked if we needed any food send to the room to have a quick bite. The property is huge, but all staff is always ready to assist you with a quick golf car ride. Pools were closed, but we never had any troubles getting a spot at the beaches. We visited Steigenberger and Ancient sands for their pools, which were just a small bus ride away. These hotels are in the same 5 star catagory, but do not come close to the space and beauty of Sheraton Miramar. My mother unfortunatly had an accident and we had to ask for medical assistance. The resort medic came immediatly and took her time to help my mother. The hotel moved us 2 a room on the down floor, closer to the amenities and assisted my mom with rides, when she was unable to walk far. Throughout our stay, staff kept asking about the wellbeing of my mother and the medic checked ger several times. Thank you for this. There are too many people to name, but Meriam the restaurant host was super sweet to my child, Ibrahim at the beach bar always in a good mood, the many doorman driving the golf cars and ready to assist, when running in the hot weather and carrying luggage, reception staff and staff at the beach surf club were great. If we return, it will be to this place.
Relax at Sheraton Miramar
It was our first time at the Sheraton Miramar but definitely not the last time. The hotel is great. We really want to point out the great service and delicious food. Especially Ahmed Hamdy from the beach bar was always very professional and very considerate. The hotel is a perfect mix for people who want to relax and like to enjoy the sea. At 8 p.m. they offer great live music and spectacular dance shows. The Micheal Jackson dance show was our personal highlight and DJ Yousef's music. The cocktails by Ahmed Ramdan are the best. We are also very happy to have met Mohand, who is very funny, kind and a thoughtful waiter. The rooms are big and very clean. The room and mini bar service was excellent. In front of the hotel are always tuk tuks and you can easily drive downtown or to marina.
The best waiters on the beach in el Gouna
It’s not my first experience and I can tell easily all the Staffs here are so nice friendly and helpful. Specially at the beach Ahmed Hamdy and all the others were the best really I appreciate their professionalism.
