Booking our photography session with Gerhard around the pool was so simple and straightforward. He was really friendly, informative and helpful, arranged a time that suited us, and clearly explained where we needed to be and what to expect.

The photographer was absolutely lovely too — very kind, patient and helpful, and made the whole experience enjoyable and relaxed. 📸

We arranged to return the following evening to look through our photographs, where we met Gerhard again in the sales office. He had put together a beautiful video for us all to watch, which was such a lovely way to see our memories come to life.

We were then shown all of our photographs individually and could simply choose our favourites, sorting them into ‘yes’ and ‘no’. The whole process was incredibly relaxed with no pressure whatsoever.

Afterwards, we were shown the different packages and discussed the prices. We knew exactly what we wanted, and Gerhard was very accommodating, fair and professional throughout. We were given several options, but at no point did we feel pressured to purchase anything beyond what we wanted.

Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience from start to finish. The photographs are beautiful, the service was excellent, and Gerhard and the photographer were both fantastic.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful, clean, and well-maintained this resort is.

The hotel is spacious, perfectly looked after, and offers outstanding service that not only meets your expectations but exceeds them.

The food is very good with plenty of variety, and there was always a sunbed available at the beach or at the pool, which made our stay even more relaxing.

We would especially like to compliment the incredible staff in the Adults Only area. The housekeeping team, bartenders, towel service staff, and the restaurant team were all absolutely fantastic. Every single one of them worked incredibly hard while always remaining friendly, professional, and welcoming. They truly made our holiday special.

Although we experienced some issues with the check-in process and with the sales approach during the photoshoot, these concerns were handled professionally and with genuine care by the Guest Relations Manager, Sana, and the General Manager, Mustafa. We sincerely want to thank both of them for their empathy, understanding, and excellent customer service. They took our concerns seriously and made sure everything was resolved in a way that left us feeling valued as guests.

Because of the way they handled the situation, we decided that our compensation (plus we took some more from the ATM) was better spent as tips for the hardworking staff members, who absolutely deserve the recognition for everything they do.

This resort is without a doubt worthy of its 5-star rating. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with excellent facilities, delicious food, beautiful surroundings, and, above all, an amazing team of people who genuinely care about their guests.

We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable.
