Exceptional Stay at Wonderful Resort
Jaz Oasis is our favorite resort at Hurghada, everything is prepared in professional way Friendly and professional staff (special thanks to Mr Ibrahim Saber who delivered full information and immediate support & special thanks to Mr Alaa who served us at Lebanese restaurant Rooms were clean and organized Many kinds of food that suitable for all our family members Biggest Aqua Park with delicious snacks and drinks Many Alacard restaurants
Prepared to be harnessed for trips when trying to relax at the pool
Couldn't relax because men walking around asking us to books trips, hair braids, massage, spa etc was a nightmare some wouldn't take no for an answer. Hotel room was beautiful and clean, our cleaner was amazing and always made us laugh and smile with towel animals for the kids. Food is at times poor and on repeat, caters more for german
Great stay
Great stay at the Jaz Makadi - lovely hotel, friendly staff, very clean and a good base for going on trips to Cairo and Luxor. Hassan (the Tui rep) was brilliant at helping us organise everything whilst we were there and helped us have an amazing holiday. Also a big shout out to one of the waiters - Ibrahim who we enjoyed chatting to.

Really good and clean
We had the room 4202. The room staff was very good, Omar, our room boy, cleaned our room really good. He was really respectfull. He always put new fresh water and also was fun to play with the towels. He is really good.
