From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect, and the food was amazing. the pastries most of them were very dry. The shuttle bus runs every hour and stops at 1 PM. I wish they would add another bus because it makes you worry about the time. The housekeeping was extremely respectful. On the last day, during checkout, the man yelled at me, asking why I was still in my room after 12 He spoke very rudely, and I argued with them. It wasn't the best experience for such a beautiful hotel. Mr. Mustafa is highly recommended by everyone, but our experience contradicted what people say. Very rude experience because of mr.mostafa Room nu 1502 Three bedroom suite
A wonderful relaxing stay
We had a really lovely stay at JAZ Neo Saraya Palms. The hotel is beautiful, clean and has a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The gardens and pool areas are very well maintained, and the whole resort feels comfortable and welcoming.
The staff were definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone was friendly, helpful and always willing to assist with a smile. The service really made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our holiday.
Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The food was also very good, with a nice variety of dishes to choose from, and we especially enjoyed the quality and taste of the food.
The hotel is a little away from the beach, but the shuttle service makes it easy to get there, and we never found this to be a problem.
Overall, we had a wonderful holiday at JAZ Neo Saraya Palms. It is a great place if you are looking for a calm, comfortable and friendly hotel in Makadi Bay. We would happily come back again and would definitely recommend it! 🇪🇬❤️

I had a great stay here! The staff and volunteers were exceptionally cooperative and helpful throughout my visit. The room was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing, and the Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable. I really enjoyed my time and would gladly recommend this place to others. The location is very convenient, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful. The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet, allowing for a great night's rest. The staff and volunteers were exceptionally cooperative and helpful throughout my visit. With fast Wi-Fi and top-notch service, it offers very good value for money. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it!
