All I can say about this hotel is WOW,WOW,WOW. Everything about this hotel is excellent.Reception staff ,Lifeguards, Cleaners, Gardeners, Animation team,Cooks, nothing is too much trouble for anyone to treat you as a top guest.Hotel spotless, beach pure sand with crystal clear water to swim everyday with fish and feel that you are so close to nature.You can just relax on your lilo. If you want a beautiful holiday then this hotel is the place to be.You can travel into Hurghada in taxi takes roughly 45min .We did this 3x to experience Egypt .I read the reviews for 6 months before travelling to Jaz Soma Beach and nearly everyone recommended this hotel. A massive thank you Jaz Soma Beach for giving us a life time of memories. Room 4242 .Big shout out to Mustafa and Ahmed Emara for truly looking after us. xx

We are lucky
Everything is amazing , we are happy that we choose this hotel The waiter name Shaaban he is friendly he makes an amazing cocktail for.my girlfriend One day we late from lunch and we was very hungry every was closed but the reception boy he arrange for us sandwich 😘😘

“Absolutely amazing experience! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food is delicious with a great variety. All the staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, especially the Guest Relations team. The service was excellent, and every small detail was taken care of. We truly felt welcomed and enjoyed every moment of our stay. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!”

We had an amazing stay at Jaz Soma Bay, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing family vacation.
The beach was absolutely beautiful, and the pool was always clean and well-maintained. The food was great, the service was excellent, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay.
A special thank you to Mr. Khaled, who was extremely helpful and professional. We asked if it would be possible to change our room, and he personally took care of it and made the whole process very easy for us. His kindness, understanding, and willingness to help really made us feel valued and well taken care of.
We had a wonderful time at Jaz Soma Bay and made some beautiful memories with our family. Thank you to the entire team for the amazing hospitality. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Jaz Soma Bay to anyone looking for a great family vacation! ❤️
