Staff to be proud of
We had a wonderful stay at the Kaisol Romance Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean with a very relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in the sea view deluxe room (1221) with great views. The room was a bit outdated and definitely needed updated especially the bathroom area but it didn't effect our stay. The bed and pillows were a bit harder than we were use to but after our first day on the beach we returned to our wonderful housekeeper Mohamed who had placed on a mattress topper and had a selection of pillows for us, all without being asked for. The room was always kept spotlessly clean and the towel art was so fun.. Staff throughout the hotel were absolutely amazing. Always time for a friendly chat and happy to oblige with any request. The hotel should be very proud of their staff and the continious hard work they put in. We spent most of the day at beach. Great guy at the towel station and beach Bar service who always knew what we wanted to drink before we even knew it lol. Late afternoon we moved to top floor pool which was so nice. Again kept so clean and tidy by the wonderful staff there Amir was so attentive and kept us hydrated from the moment we lay down until we left to go back to our room. Dining room and restaurants staff were amazing ( Hegazy) and the food was first class. Will definitely be booking to come back again.

kaisol romance
We had a wonderful stay at Kaisol Romance Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The food was also very good, and the service was excellent. Everything was well organized, and we truly enjoyed the peaceful and romantic atmosphere. A special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim for his outstanding help and support throughout our stay. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and made our experience even more enjoyable.
Fab Hotel
3rd time at this hotel so that should tell you everything. Spotless everywhere, beatiful big bedrooms and with 2 3/4 big beds, so comfy. As far as staff and management are concerned they cant do enough for you. Great manager always checking all of hotel, restaurants, seating areas, beach, if you have a problem tell him dont wait to moan about it back home must admit we had no priblems. George we love you made holiday even more special, but we loved all staff. Will we return OF COURSE

A Lovely and Unforgettable Stay at Caisol Romance Resort Sahl Hasheesh
A very cozy and romantic resort located directly on the Red Sea (Sahl Hasheesh). Our room, was clean, well-distributed, and had a beautiful direct sea view. The beach was fantastic, with soft sand, crystal-clear water, and beautiful fish and corals—perfect for snorkeling. A special thanks to the respected receptionist, Mr. Ibrahim, who was extremely helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. The food was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to enjoy. Thank you for the lovely and unforgettable stay. We will definitely come back again! ❤️

Excellent hotel with excellent staff.
My wife and I visited from 11/09/26 to 25/09/26. We had every relaxed holiday thanks to the wonderful staff. From Reception staff to our housekeeper, restaurant staff and pool attendants they were all extremely attentive and provided a first class service. A special thanks to Ibrahim at reception. In the restaurant thanks to Jimmy and his staff who were exceptional in their service. A huge thanks to the team of chefs and a special thanks to Executive Chef Refaat for his courteous help with any special requirements. All in all a superb hotel which I would strongly recommend.
