Wonderful as usual
As a retuning guest, we can’t fault this hotel The staff are absolutely amazing, and really do help to make you have the most enjoyable and relaxing time We did have an issue when arriving this time with our room allocation. This was sorted out as quickly as possible by Al Sayed on reception and Magda at customer service (I do like her open and honest thoughts) Nothing is to much trouble, and always with a happy face The food is always of a high standard and the service at restaurants is quick and always jolly faces Service around the pool is excellent with the little touches of glasses being cleaned, cool towels brolly assistance, taken care of by Abdo and his team, We missed sherif this time! We are early birds and line to watch the sunrise, so we usually end up in the area with sunbeds, but always beds available up until 10ish near us Keeping hydrated round the pool, is taken care of by Carlos and his is entertaining to watch as he speeds past with his full trays (how he remembers who has what I never know) And lastly I would like to mention Ebby in the restaurant Such a lovely man, happy to greet you, just like watching him at work, he seems to keep a close eye on everything going on around the restaurant, making sure guests are happy, and supporting the staff He seems to glide silently around (now you see him and now you don’t)
The jewellery shop is well worth a visit to see Max lovely bits and pieces, great service

🌟 We had an absolutely amazing experience in Egypt with LIGHT HOUSE SAFARI! 🌟 From the moment we started our adventure, everything was perfectly organized and the whole day was full of unforgettable moments. The safari was fantastic, with the desert adventure, quad bikes, beach buggy, camel riding, Bedouin village, delicious dinner, and amazing entertainment. The whole experience was exciting, enjoyable, and very well organized. Our hotel stay was also wonderful. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The food was delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality. What really made our stay special was the staff — everyone was so friendly, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. A huge thank you to the entire LIGHT HOUSE SAFARI team and the hotel staff for making our holiday such a memorable experience. Everything from the safari to the hotel, the food, the service, and the hospitality was excellent. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend LIGHT HOUSE SAFARI to anyone looking for an unforgettable safari experience and a wonderful holiday in Egypt. ❤️🐪🏜️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely amazing — highly recommended!

First visit to Egypt
Our first visit to Egypt and we definitely picked the right hotel ! Given refreshments on arrival and kindly upgraded to a suite as i was celebrating my birthday on holiday. The staff are fantastic friendly and helpful, little Mo kept our room spotlessly clean and was so friendly and always asked if there was anything we needed. Ani at the lobby bar is fantastic a true gentleman and does a first class job ! The food and drink is excellent, lots of choice in the buffet, and then you have the speciality restaurants to choose from, the Mandarin restaurant was our favourite for our taste. The entertainment is great activities during the day and singers, acrobats and fire shows in the evening The hotel is beautiful well maintained and kept immaculately clean. I would definitely return to this hotel i would highly recommend it.
