A Warm Welcome; When arriving at a hotel you will find an easily accessible sanitising station at the entrance. Our receptionists and iconic Ladies in Red look forward to welcoming you; and guiding you through an adjusted check in procedure. Do Not Enter My Room; At check in you will be offered the possibility of choosing the new Do Not Enter My Room option which means that while all services remain available our employees will not enter your room during your stay until you express a wish to have your room serviced. Room service deliveries; luggage assistance; and other services will take place in front of your room.

Flawless ...as usual
I stayed in Kempiniski Soma bay for the third time in 4 years now , this hotel has never disapointed us in any aspect , the whole atmosphere , the food, service , beach and pools , it is a perfect gateway for relaxation and enjoying a peacfull vacation specail greetings to Ahmed from the reception , Atta from the beach , Aly from the pool and all the stuff of Al Mar restuarant ... The only weakness point from my own of view , although it didnt bother me , the annimatioin show after the dinner is not up to the hotel standard , whether the belly dancer , or the guy who sings with playback , this needs to be definetely upgraded Another one , I love dining in outdoor areas specially that it is prohibited for children under 12 , but in August the weather is extremely hot , I am sure some portable AC's or maybe more fans will make it much better

One of our best family vacations!
Wonderful time and excellent service in the hotel and all restaurants. Very welcoming atmosphere and very thoughtful to details and specific preferences of each guest. Special thanks to Ehab in El Mar Restaurant! So welcoming and forthcoming to all our children’s needs. Definitely coming again!!!!
Second Home - Kempinski Soma Bay
This was our third stay at the Kempinski Hotel Soma Bay, and once again we had a wonderful time.
By now, the hotel really feels like a second home to us. What keeps bringing us back is not just the beautiful setting, but above all the warm and personal atmosphere and the consistently high level of service. From the moment we arrive at reception, throughout the stay and in every area of the hotel, the staff are attentive and genuinely welcoming. We especially appreciate being accompanied to our room upon arrival and receiving thoughtful assistance throughout our stay without ever feeling that it is intrusive.
Travelling with our children, the Kids Club has become an especially important part of our stays. Aghapy, Hager and Nouran took wonderful care of them and made them feel comfortable from the very beginning. We would like to give a special mention to Nouran, who was particularly warm and affectionate with our children. It was lovely to see how quickly she took them into her heart and how naturally she cared for them, together with the other members of the Kids Club team. For us as parents, that makes a real difference and gives us the feeling that our children are in very good hands.
We also enjoyed the relaxed and friendly service at the beach, where Samy and the beach team once again made us feel very welcome.
At the main restaurant, Albert and his team, especially Waheed, Eid and Hamdy, took great care of us throughout our stay. At the pool restaurant, Diaa, Mohamed, Bassem, Saad and Ahmed were equally attentive and friendly and made our time there even more enjoyable.
What we appreciate most about Kempinski Soma Bay is that, even on our third visit, the hotel still manages to give us that familiar feeling while maintaining the quality and attention to detail we have come to expect.
Thank you to the entire team for another memorable stay. We are already looking forward to coming back.

Kempinski Relaxation
Kempinski Resort Review We had a wonderful stay at Kempinski. The hotel was excellent, our room was amazing, and the staff were very friendly and provided great hospitality throughout our stay. The resort has a beautiful beach that is also suitable for snorkeling, with clear water and a relaxing atmosphere. It is a very quiet and peaceful place, perfect for anyone looking to escape the crowds and enjoy a relaxing holiday.
The main pool was excellent, and we also really enjoyed the lazy pool. The animation team was very good, especially when it came to taking care of and entertaining the kids.
Another great advantage is that the hotel is directly attached to the marina, which adds a lot of value to the stay. There are various places to sit, relax, and enjoy the atmosphere, as well as a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient.
The SPA was also excellent and added to the overall relaxing experience.
The main areas that need improvement are the food variety, which was somewhat limited and could definitely be expanded. Also, there were no shows or evening entertainment, and adding some nighttime activities would make the stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The excellent staff, peaceful atmosphere, beautiful beach, great pools, marina, and SPA made it a very pleasant experience.
