Another Unforgettable Experience at Sheraton Soma Bay
Lovely stay for the 5th time within the past 6 years. Sheraton Somabay is a must in our yearly summer plan. The place is a gem and the beach is heavenly in beauty. This year is the highlight after a thorough renovation that enhanced the comfort, usability and luxury feel of the rooms and the restaurant. Staff is super friendly and helpful with high sense of ownership, and they treat guests with respect and will go out of their way to make them comfortable and happy. The rooms are well equipped, and are very clean. An ideal place for those who want to take a true break to recharge and revitalize.
Sheraton el Gouna Review
Amazing layout of the hotel, great resort, excellent staff. The rooms were spacious, clean, very modern. The beds were very comfortable. The beachview is amazing, you can literally walk out to the beachfront straight from your room. They have a pier further down where you can snorkel and see amazing corals and sealife. The breakfast was amazing and they serve until 11. I would recommend this hotel for everyone who enjoys enjoys nature, water activities, relaxation, and great restaurants. I’d give the this hotel 5/5 stars

One of the best Mariott Hotels
We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Soma Bay, and what stood out most was the excellent level of hospitality and professionalism of the entire team.
The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. Special thanks to Mr. Yasser, the Restaurant Manager, who is genuinely friendly and engaging with guests while maintaining a very professional and well-managed team, something I personally noticed on several occasions. Mr. Abdelsalam, one of the senior restaurant team members, was also extremely friendly and welcoming.
A big thank you to Mahmoud from Reception, who was incredibly supportive and went the extra mile to help us celebrate our anniversary and make it special.
We also really enjoyed meeting Bouda, a very friendly and professional photographer who helped us capture some beautiful memories from our stay.
Beyond the excellent service, the food quality and variety were impressive, and the Wi-Fi was exceptionally good, which definitely stood out compared with many other resorts.
Overall, a great experience with excellent hospitality, great food, and most importantly, wonderful people who made our stay memorable. Highly recommended!
