Great holiday!
Loved my time at this hotel.The rooms are clean and clean towels are provided daily. The beds are very firm. The food is good for a 3 Star hotel. We always found something we liked.
The staff are lovely. Especially the entertainments team. Salla,Luca and Tutti are wonderful. Made us so welcome and included. We had great fun.
The spa was amazing. Massage was incredible. I also had a facial and pedicure. Worth every penny!
The dive centre was great too. The trial dive in the pool was free and great to see if you liked it before you went on an actual dive. I did the actual dive and it was an amazing experience.
The wi fi is bad but free. Luckily i dont sit on my phone all of the time so it wasnt missed.
All in all a fab holiday and i will definitely return.

What a great team
Excellent hotel. Clean, friendly, reasonably priced. Me and mu husband stayed there with my elderly mum. Staff were so respectful and caring to her, even fitting a permanent grab rail in the shower when they saw she'd brought her suction one. We asked for ground floor adjacent rooms with walk in shower, got exactly that, with a connecting door. Special mention to Ahmed, who kept our rooms spotless, he deserves some recognition please

Wouldn’t return there
Sharm El Sheikh Falcon Hills Hotel Most of the staff were lovely especially the entertainment staff and some of the waiters. The housekeeper was stealing and eating biscuits from our and my friends room but after my friend confronted him he stopped. The food was not great at all and you could tell it’s a 3 star hotel. After going all inclusive you expect to there to be something to choose from but we had to eat out a lot of the time.

I came here with my mum, and it was so nice. It was clean they cleaned the hotel everyday. They made us feel safe. The staff seriously did an amazing job making us satisfied with our stay. The atmosphere was great. And the location wasnt fair from shops. The rooms were tidy at all times. I loved it so much.

Fantastic atmosphere. Small, cute hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Everyone made me feel safe and well looked after. The bar staff were lovely and kind. The special mention goes to Saleh and Luca, the entertainers that looked after my daughter and I excellent.
