Fabulous first visit.
This was our first visit to Egypt. The hotel and staff have ensured it won't be our last. We heard many guests saying how they have visited the hotel on many occasions, this was evident by the enthusiastic greetings given by the staff. All the staff work so hard, from restaurant, bar, gardeners, pool, entertainment,reception and room attendants.
We stayed in a spacious family suite which was tended to by Ahmed. What a lovely person. He couldn't do enough for us to ensure we had what we needed to fully enjoy our stay, from ensuring the suite was kept lovely and clean (regular sheet and towel changes etc), providing daily beach towels to helping out with services such as sorting out the laundering of shirts etc. All this and he still made time to bring a smile with his delightful towel/bedding art! Thanks Ahmed. We spent a fair bit of time at the Relaxation pool and were well looked after by the bar and pool staff. The food and staff in the Gazella Restaurant were also fabulous. Like many others, I feel and hope this won't be our last visit.

This was our 12th visit, every holiday has been brilliant, the staff, the cleanliness the entertainment, if you have a problem Hany saad is your man, need anything at the pool bar ramadan (rambo)is your man, if it's food you love, got great restaurants, snorkeling will blow your mind, do I need to say anything else 👌👍

Jaz Fanara never fails to let us down.
Firstly I need to mention that this was our 4th time here, and it never fails to amaze us how much this feels like home. As soon as you arrive the staff always greet you with hello and welcome back.
We spend our time here relaxing, we don’t participate in the activities but did notice this year, the entertainment team were far better than previous years. They took the time to talk to you, but not pressure you into participating our leaving them a review. I particularly remember Luca, Diego and Kate, well done on your excellent work.
Food, always great. You will certainly never starve at Jaz Fanara. There is more than enough to chose from. We were invited to the BBQ night with music, the food this night was absolutely amazing. We dined in the Italian two occasions and as always it’s a great taste of Italy. The staff in Nino’s are fabulous.
Both the pool bar and reception bar have staff that are happy to serve, nothing is never a problem. Both bars had staff that would know what you wanted to drink before you even would know, and would be brought to you by the pool or in the reception bar. A tip goes along way! So Ahmed, Mohammed, Assem, Ali and Yousef thank you for keeping us hydrated.
Pool staff are always on duty both day and night and they also are outstanding, thank you for keeping us safe.
Siad thank you for keeping our room very tidy with plenty of towel art and the changing of beach towels every night. You were great, thank you.
A special mention must go to the management. They certainly have a good team whom they clearly look after and value, so thank you General Manager Amgad, Executive Assistant Manager Mohammed and Front Office Manager Hany.
What amazes us was the amount of returning guests whom have always been there the same time as the wife and I. Great to catch up with people who have a common interest in Jaz Fanara.
April already booked. See you then 😃

Great resort
It was a lovely week. The beach and the pools are great. We had a great time. The staff is very hardworking and nice.
