Perched on the cliff of Ras Om El Seid, this fantastic hotel is built within the Aqua Park City, which is a famous water theme park in Sharm el Sheikh that includes a long promenade with many cafés, restaurants and bazaars. The property is ideally located at only 15 minutes from the city centre and 25 minutes from Sharm el-Sheikh International Airport. Had a fantastic stay at Pickalbatros Aqua Park Sharm El Sheikh! The hotel was excellent from start to finish. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the aqua park was brilliant, and there were plenty of activities to keep both adults and children entertained.
The food had a great variety, and the staff were friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. The pools and facilities were well maintained, and the whole resort had a great atmosphere.
A special mention to the amazing staff for their excellent service and hospitality. Mustafa, Mohammed Ahmed, Mahmoud and Omar, just to name a few, were fantastic and always went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. There were many other staff members who also deserve recognition for their hard work.
A special thank you as well to Shady and Khaled in the spa and gym for their great service and friendly approach.
Would definitely recommend Pickalbatros Aqua Park Sharm El Sheikh to families and anyone looking for a fun, relaxing holiday. We had a great time and would happily return!
