Located on Hadebet Om El Sied, 2 km from city of Sharm. The hotel's location is one of the best spots for diving and snorkelling, with the beautiful beach in Sharm El Sheikh. There is a 380 m-long natural sand beach, overlooking the well known and stunning temple reef, the second most protected area after Ras Mohamed. The hotel is approximately 14 km from Sharm El Sheikh Airport.

Poor reflection
Not everything was good , the food very hit and miss and shocking at times , the same meat every day simple things were poor hard potatoes under cooked rice , not a huge variety or selection overall. The waiters in the restaurant remarkable outstanding going above and beyond daily they were fantastic. Relax pool was fantastic service from lifeguard Ali and barman fantastic could not do enough for you and not need for sunbed wars definitely a perk. The animation team shocking behaviour treat kids differently during mini disco it was awful to watch the differences , and talking of the mini disco the worse I’ve ever seen late most nights unorganised and just chaos and a game lasting a good percentage of the time. Taking photos at the end with no indication of this happening or what they are used for or permission sought. Cleaning of rooms basic towel art ends if you don’t tip daily , we like to tip at the end not daily , floors barely swept balcony barely touched , but the basics looked like they were done. The waterpark some slides not working very outdated and the middle pool out of use for entire two week duration. No bus to Naama bay as website advertised either All entertainment is on the beach not around a single pool We had a nice time we made the most of what we could but we wouldn’t recommend nor return and don’t get me started in the attitude of others simply because they don’t agree with our review this is our opinion

And also I want to thanks a lot two of boys at the main restaurant Mohamed refaat and abdelkereem they were so much helpful with us they were so nice with us really we had so much fun

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were really impressed with the overall quality and service. The room cleaning was excellent — everything was always spotless, fresh, and well maintained. The pools were very clean, and the bars offered great service and a very nice selection of drinks. The coffee was also surprisingly good, which was a big plus for us! What really made our stay special was the amazing staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional, especially Mohammad, the Front Office Manager. He was extremely attentive and welcoming, and it was especially nice that he speaks Russian, which made communication very easy and comfortable. A big thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Great resort better staff!
Amazing staff made our visit very nice. The room was kept amazing by Akmed for our entire 9 day stay. Everytime we left the room he was back in making sure it was set up nicely for our return.
