Exceptional Staff and Outstanding Hospitality – A Truly Wonderful Stay!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Staff – A Wonderful Experience!
I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to the amazing team at the hotel. Our stay was truly wonderful, and the staff made our experience even more special with their kindness, professionalism, and excellent service.
A special thank you to Nasser at the reception for his warm welcome, respect, and continuous attention to guests.
Many thanks to the wonderful pool bar staff, Rami and Amer, for their excellent service, friendly attitude, and always being ready to help. Also, a big thank you to their supervisor Khaled for his great management and care.
I would also like to thank Mr. Lotfy, the Restaurant Manager, for his professionalism, kindness, and dedication to making guests feel comfortable and satisfied.
And a very special thank you to Gamal from the Italian Restaurant for his excellent service, great attitude, and attention to every detail.
Honestly, these are some of the best hotel employees we have ever met. They truly made our stay in Sharm El Sheikh unforgettable. ❤️

disappointing experience
The hotel was extremely crowded, and the reception area was also very busy, which made the overall experience uncomfortable.
The food lacked variety, with very limited options compared to other hotels in the same category. The evening entertainment was also disappointing, with no proper night shows or activities like those offered at other hotels.
The beach was not well-prepared, and there was no proper children’s play area on the beach. More importantly, there were no life jackets available, so we could not safely take the children into the sea.
The swimming pool was also not suitable for adults, as it was not deep (less than one meter) to stand or swim comfortably.
Transportation around the hotel by golf cars was also very difficult. The cars were always crowded, and the waiting time was extremely long before getting a ride, which made moving around the resort frustrating.
There was also a waiting list for dinner, which was very inconvenient. The à la carte restaurants required additional fees, which was disappointing considering the overall hotel experience.
On the positive side, the hotel staff were friendly and clearly trying their best to help and serve the guests. However, it seemed that the situation was beyond their control, mainly due to the excessive number of guests and the limited facilities available.
Overall, the hotel needs significant improvement in food variety, entertainment, beach facilities, children’s activities, swimming pool , and internal transportation.

Excellent family vacation!
We had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance Sharm El Sheikh Golden View Beach Resort and would like to sincerely thank the entire team for making our holiday so enjoyable. A special thank you to Nagwa Omar and all her staff for their professionalism, kindness and attention throughout our stay. We always felt welcomed and well looked after. A very special mention goes to Mohamed from housekeeping, who did an excellent job keeping our room perfectly clean and comfortable every day. Thank you also to Amr, who served us with a smile every time and was always friendly and attentive, and to Zyad from the luggage service for his kindness and helpfulness. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained, the food is good, varied and offers plenty of choice, and we especially appreciated the evening entertainment for children, which was a lovely way for families to finish the day. What really makes this resort special, however, is the staff. Everyone we met was welcoming, polite and always ready to help, and this made a real difference to our experience. We had an excellent holiday and many beautiful memories. Thank you again to Nagwa Omar, Mohamed, Amr, Zyad and the whole Renaissance team for your hospitality and for making our stay so special. We would definitely be happy to return!

Excellent Holiday
We stayed here for a week all inclusive from 10th June - 17th June in a premium sea view room and had a fantastic holiday. The room was clean, comfortable and the bed was really comfortable. Housekeeping kept the room spotless and always ensured there was bottled water in the room, as well as keeping the tea and coffee area well stocked. The facilities in the hotel was excellent, and although it was busy at times, was always able to find a sun lounger at the pool near the seafront with the bar. The staff at the hotel are fantastic and were what made our stay memorable, from the poolside, to the waiting staff in the restaurant as well as in the cigar lounge bar.
Although it is a large resort, we felt that it was really relaxed, quiet, and the layout of the rooms made it feel secluded and private. The grounds of the resort are well maintained and our room was on a low floor which opened out into a small garden area which we enjoyed as it felt more open and spacious when sat on the terrace.
The food was really good when we were there and felt that there was something there each night, we also enjoyed trying different things during our stay and it was very good. Even during seafood night, we're not particularly keen on seafood, however, there was still several meat options to choose from.
We have booked again and looking forward to returning for two weeks in September!
An Outstanding Stay at Renaissance Sharm El Sheikh Golden View Beach Resort
My stay at Renaissance Sharm El Sheikh Golden View Beach Resort exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, everything reflected genuine hospitality and attention to detail.
Location – 5/5 The hotel enjoys one of the best locations in Hadaba. The views are simply breathtaking, with the Red Sea visible from almost every corner of the resort, especially from the main restaurant. The resort is built on different levels, creating spectacular panoramic views throughout the property.
The beach is absolutely amazing, and the house reef is one of the highlights of the hotel. It is a paradise for snorkeling and diving, offering crystal-clear water and an incredible variety of colorful fish and marine life.
Rooms – 5/5 The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The view from my room was fantastic, making every morning special. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout my stay, keeping everything perfectly clean and organized with great attention to detail.
Atmosphere – 5/5 The atmosphere throughout the resort is peaceful, relaxing, and incredibly welcoming. Every member of the staff greets you with a smile, making you feel at home from the first day. The hotel offers the perfect balance between relaxation and entertainment.
A special mention goes to the animation team—Tito, Omar, Nour, and Mariem—who brought so much positive energy every day. Their activities were diverse, engaging, and suitable for guests of all ages, making every evening enjoyable.
Value – 5/5 Considering the quality of the facilities, the exceptional service, the beautiful beach, and the overall experience, I believe this hotel offers excellent value for money. It is definitely a place I would happily return to.
Service – 5/5 The service is what truly makes this hotel stand out. Every department works with professionalism and genuine care for guests.
