Fantastic Hotel, highly recommended.
We stayed here for two weeks in September and October 2026, and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained and immaculately clean, with a large team of staff who are always willing to help. The food was amazing, with plenty of choice to cater for all tastes. I genuinely cannot rate it highly enough. The entertainment team deserve a special mention. They work incredibly hard from morning until night to make sure everyone is having fun. The bar staff are equally attentive, walking around the pool and beach areas throughout the day to take drink orders and clear away empty glasses. We did encounter an issue during our stay, but the details are far less important than the way it was handled. The response was some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. The hotel’s Quality Manager went above and beyond to put things right and ensure that we were appropriately compensated. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and I would happily return.

Everything was perfect really perfect , we enjoyed the food the animation team thebpools.
We had a really amazing stay. The food was delicious and there was such a huge variety every day. We especially loved the live stations with shawarma, sushi, barbecue and more. Everything was fresh, tasty, and there was always something for everyone. The room service was also very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The animation team was fantastic and made our days much more enjoyable. A special thanks to Gamal, who was amazing, friendly, and full of positive energy. He really made us feel welcome and kept everyone entertained. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed every moment of our stay. Definitely a hotel we would happily come back to again!

Overall everything good but the entertainment it’s not good at all from my side it’s zero experience in the beginning nice but when I stay long all it was opposite side I’m really sorry about it but that’s my feedback Thank you

Overall, we had a very good experience at the Diamond Hotel, and we really enjoyed our stay!
There were a few small issues at the beginning, particularly with the reception and our rooms. However, the staff eventually managed to resolve these problems, which we appreciated.
The spa experience was also very good overall. However, we had a slightly disappointing experience with one of the ladies handling the spa reservations. She was not particularly friendly and made us feel rushed, which was unfortunate because the spa should be a place to relax and enjoy the moment.
The restaurants and food were very good, and we really enjoyed the variety of meals offered throughout our stay.
Regarding the restaurant staff, chefs, and waiters, most of them were very kind, respectful, and welcoming. Of course, some were more friendly and attentive than others, but that’s normal everywhere. Overall, we really appreciated their kindness and hospitality.
The entertainment team was also fantastic! All the entertainers were very friendly, welcoming, and always brought a positive atmosphere to the hotel. They really helped make our stay enjoyable.
There were also a few small details that could be improved, such as the towels in our room. For example, we were three people, but sometimes only received two towels. Nothing too serious, just little things that could be better organized.
Despite these minor issues, we had a really nice stay. The atmosphere was great, the food was good, and we met many wonderful and respectful people.
Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday enjoyable. We had a great time! 😊
