Fantastic holiday at The Swissotel
My wife and I stayed here for 11 nights in September. Well, we absolutely loved our stay, all the things you need from a holiday. Peaceful swimming pool (Silent pool) with no music, but if you like music there is the main pool with music and entertainment all day and a fully stocked bar serving branded alcohol. Our room was very kindly upgraded due my disability and need for a ground floor and walkin shower. The room was huge and great air con (a real God send) The little touches like a free coffee bar and free warm cinnamon donuts every morning, plus beautiful free ice cream from the ice creal shop in the afternoon after lunch was a real treat. The hotels taxi service to Naama Bay or Soho Sq was reasonable and excellent vehicles. The food was plentiful and serving nearly 24hrs a day. A lot of choice, so there was always something to choose. We were gutted to leave, but happy to have found a hotel we are more than happy to book again. Thank you to all the staff. Especially Nada, who i was in constant contact with for a la carte bookings, additional items for my room etc. Nothing was too much hassle, and all with a huge smile. THANKS AGAIN 🐠🐟🪸❤️😁

Lovely stay at Swisshotel!
We had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel and left with a very positive impression.
The hotel has a beautiful, large and well-maintained territory. What we appreciated most was the attitude of the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive and willing to help. Whenever we had a small issue or request, it was handled quickly and efficiently.
We would especially like to mention the management. The General Manager, Mr. Halit, he is very visible around the hotel and always seems to be personally involved in what is happening on the property. It gives a very good impression and shows that guest satisfaction is important to the management. A special thank to Assistant Guest Relations Manager Natalia. She was attentive and helpful throughout our stay. All our requests were handled properly and followed up very quickly.
We would also like to thank the Recreation Manager, Mr. Mahmoud, for his prompt assistance and for resolving an issue very quickly. In the restaurant, Lamia deserves a special mention as well. She was always attentive to guests, friendly and ready to assist whenever needed. Overall, we truly enjoyed our holiday and the hotel left us with many positive impressions. I have had 10 days at the Swiss Hotel, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Hotel is spotless, I’ve had an upgrade in my room which was well worth it and absolutely beautiful is stunning. Views the pool and very quiet as I was foreign enough away from the stage and the entertainment if I went to bed early at night. In the hotel, the staff are extremely friendly, polite and super helpful. I’m a female travelling on my own, so this made me feel very safe and that times treated like a princess specially by the amazing pool Bar team - Ahmed & Emile, they couldn’t do enough for me, made my stay here so memorable. A big shout out to the lifeguard team that I saw mostly during my stay… Again super helpful & friendly.

Pretty good
The territory and the rooms are great, pretty clean, except the towels and bed sheets, some of them are worn out. The location is great, the sea is in a 10 min walk or 3 min ride. The beach is clean, enough space for everyone. There is a place for adults only, so you can relax in silence. The only thing I didn really like is food, it’s just not for my taste. The taste of almost everything is too flat and the food is too greasy. Except for the bakery and sweets. They were always great.
