This attractive hotel is just a few minutes from Naama Bay, the highlight of Sharm El Sheikh. After driving through the grandiose gates of the resort, guests will find themselves entering an area designed to exist in perfect harmony with the purity of mountain and desert landscapes. The beach bungalows are on a completely separate part of the resort and are located in the Hadaba area, by the private sandy beach of resort.
The two-storey lodgings, with 322 guest rooms, suites, apartments and studios are designed to the highest standards. Amenities include a hotel safe, bars, as well as restaurants, a library (books, chess, backgammon, etc.), the Trixie Club for children (aged 4-8 years and 8-12 years) and the playground.
The rooms feature their own terrace or balcony, with a view of the pool or the stunning surrounding landscape. Facilities include an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a hire safe, satellite TV, a direct dial telephone, a small fridge, cots (on request) and air conditioning.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Great hotel, very big lots going on and there being two hotels makes it even better meaning more to do, entertainment team is great
It’s day 2 of our holiday and so far we can’t fault the experience. The food is delicious, everywhere is very clean and quiet, the pool is lovely and warm, plenty of room to sunbathe and shade.
Everything is fine, great place for the kiddos. All good except for the russians howling at night.
Extremely Disappointing Experience: Severe Lack of Professionalism, Privacy Violations, and Poor Management I recently stayed at Xperience Kynosiez Premier Sharm El Sheikh, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hospitality experiences I have ever had. The absolute lack of basic professional standards, guest respect, and guest safety leaves me no choice but to strongly advise others to avoid this property.
The most infuriating aspect of the stay was the constant harassment by almost every staff member to write positive reviews on Booking.com specifically mentioning their names—even those who provided zero service. On my checkout day, despite having the "Do Not Disturb" sign clearly displayed on my door, a room cleaner named Kareem knocked on my door while I was showering. When I answered, he asked what time I was checking out, confirmed I booked through Booking.com, and aggressively asked me to mention his name (Kareem from Housekeeping) in a positive review. Invading a guest's privacy and ignoring "Do Not Disturb" signs just to beg for ratings is completely unacceptable. 2. Deeply Disrespectful and Inappropriate Restaurant Staff The food was decent and completely fine, which was honestly the only redeeming factor of the hotel. However, the restaurant service was appalling. Staff members constantly hovered over tables, snatching plates away every minute before guests were even finished. More disturbingly, staff members frequently stared into guests' plates, whispered to each other while judging leftover food, and openly used highly inappropriate and coarse language in Arabic about foreign tourists, assuming they wouldn't understand. The overall tone and demeanor of the dining team lacked any sense of hospitality or professional decorum. 3. Safety Hazards at the Aqua Park While the Aqua Park facilities are decent, the lifeguards and water park staff were entirely negligent. They sat idly without actively supervising the slides or pools. On multiple occasions, 3 to 4 people were allowed to go down a single slide simultaneously, posing a severe physical hazard to everyone in the water. Guest safety is clearly not a priority here. 4. Incompetent Customer Relations & Administrative Delays The Guest Relations department feels completely obsolete. I contacted a staff member named Viola regarding an issue, and she instructed me to come by the office the next day to resolve it. When I arrived, I discovered she was on her day off, forcing me to start the process over again with another representative. The entire process felt like a stalling tactic rather than actual guest service. 5. Reception Service & Rigid Policies At reception, Mr. Rezk displayed a complete lack of interpersonal tact. His sole concern was strictly enforcing rules without any flexibility or basic understanding of guest satisfaction. Replacing such service with an automated machine would be far more practical and cost-effective for the management. Furthermore, the hotel refuses to allow guests booking through Booking.com to keep their wristbands until departure—a policy standardly honored elsewhere—proving how overly rigid and stingy the management operates across the board. Conclusion If you are booking through major online platforms, do not expect premium service or special consideration. Save your money and book elsewhere. I will certainly never return to this property.
LOVED this hotel would definitely come back here again loved every minute of it !! Amazing food and wide verity loads of different restaurants
