The hotel has direct access to the beach at Nabq Bay which is located roughly 50 m away. El Khan Market is around 100 m away and the town centre of Naama Bay can be reached in around 15 minutes by car. The hotel is situated 9 km from Sharm el-Sheikh International Airport. Built in 2007, this air-conditioned complex offers 286 deluxe rooms and 12 Executive Suites. The guestrooms are tastefully furnished in a resort style, creating a relaxed and comfortable environment. The hotel also offers a range of recreational facilities, SPA treatments and organized activity programmes.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Mostly friendly people, food is okay, big territory with lots of stuff, fun
Kateryna from Guest Relations was absolutely wonderful! She was always kind, friendly, and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. Thank you, Kateryna, for your excellent service and for making us feel so welcome! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Visited in August for ten days with my wider family and two children, and had a great time despite a number of weaknesses with this hotel.
Positives: lots of space around the pool, some really friendly staff members about the place working extremely hard. Beautiful landscaping. Useful to have a 24hr bar for early morning coffees. Water park has lots of fun slides for the kids and the snorkling off the pier is good. Outstanding view from my room balcony.
Negatives; limited food and meal options, repetitive and restricted - 7/9 of our party experienced digestive issues. Nowhere near enough staff leading to long queues at meal times and bars, tables were not cleaned or reset in a reasonable time frame and there were constant shortages of glasses, drinks, ice etc.
The rooms were good size but dated. One day we had no water at all and hot water was hard to come by all holiday. Housekeeping terrible, never got more than two towels or bottles of water for a room of 3, had to ask for toilet roll and the room wasn't actually cleaned once, just beds made.
The pool area is beautiful but again dated, tiles are cracked and missing but in fairness there is constantly someone replacing them every day.
Entertainment is not great. The pool speakers play the same two or three songs on repeat over and over again, evening offer is limited.
The area around the hotel is fine, there are some nice restaurants within walking distance (needed due to poor food options) and plenty of shops around.
Overall, we didn't let the hotel ruin our time in Egypt but I would not recommend to anyone; spend a little more and upgrade elsewhere- this place is a strong 3* at best.
good hotel i re come red for everyone
Lifeguard Goda is very nice and got us a good umbrela
