Amazing aqua park
Location is in the middle of nowhere no shops nearby expensive onsite shops only the hotel is clean nice rooms with a big aqua park which the kids enjoyed the only downside is the restaurant which is always packed out with Egyptians overcrowded food is good plenty of options for everyone was a pleasant place to stay with great staff who go out the way to assist you the snack bars only serve burger n chips other than that was a great experience

Wouldn’t be going again.
The room was good with great air conditioning and great room service provided by Ibrahim .24 hour all inclusive was only on one bar. Dinner hall was hectic and it was hard to be seated. Food didn’t really cater to children. Music very rarely catered to English, European tastes. There were a couple of really good staff, in particular Nady and Milad who went above and beyond, thank you gents . 👍

Look out for Nady in the bar/restaurant area at night hes very attentive to your needs and very friendly.

This hotel is amazing, i love the entertainment and the food, the best part is the aqua park! perfect slides for all ages. Me and my family really enjoyed staying here, i would recommend for families with kids !
Never will come back to it again
Location near airport so noisy plans, the design of the hotel is bad no elivators, you have to walk a lot and climb stairs, we were given a small room with queen bed for me my mother and daughter, although there were better rooms but they need to be tipped , rooms floor are dirty towels are dirty pillows not confy , pools are not adequit waves pools only works for half an hour , lazy river you have to wait for a long time only two boats! No sea close by busses go every hour then you basically go to another hotel and you have to walk a lot to go to the sea, alcahol they only accept two to pay even if the other don't drink and the alcahol is only a flavor .
