Amazing
Amazing hotel, very helpful polite staff. Mostafa and Abdul were amazing staff, did not have to lift a finger. As well as Nadi who was amazing making sure we had everything we needed.

This hotel is amazing; although the location isn't right by the beach, there is a great shuttle bus service. The resort is large, beautiful, and clean, and the service was outstanding—the staff were very friendly, helpful, and always smiling (and a beautiful smile can really brighten your day). The food was fantastic; our children always found something they liked. The only thing that could be improved is the children's entertainment, but we will definitely be back. Room was big and clean.room service perfect 👌 Nothing noisy we all slept like a baby’s 😂

Great experience at charmillion. Mohammed daif in the restaurant was always helpful and brought drinks all the time. Milad was great at the pool bar and mohamed always made sure our room was well kept with great towel designs! Great experience overall!
