Our First Time here as couple The staff seem Professional and kind Ee checked in when we arrived around 15 30 Mohamed Nagi was in the resption is very polite and respectful Our house keeping took care of our room The recreation is on the beach taken care of the People and making sure you have a nice stay You can get snacks from beach bar morning snacks and lunch snacks from 13.00 till 17.00 Last but not least this place heaven but with Manar this place is paradise 🏖️🏝️ She is very helpful and Professional And very Kind She help us to get the Ala cart Restaurant And Many other things it's hard to count
Yesterday we Had dinner in the French restaurant was very good and tasty And the staff there are amazing 👏

Brilliant
We’ve just returned from another 14-night stay at this hotel, and this was our second visit. Once again, we had a fantastic holiday and honestly couldn’t fault the amazing staff who work so hard to make your stay special.
The staff are all incredibly friendly, welcoming and hardworking, but I have to give a special mention to Mohamed, one of the lifeguards on the beach. He was absolutely amazing! He was funny, always up for a laugh and a joke, caring, and genuinely went above and beyond every single day. He really made our holiday. One day I asked Mohamed if he could show me how to make a towel elephant. He took the time to show me and even made a big elephant for us. The following day, he had made us a massive towel turtle! 🐢 It was such a lovely surprise. His kindness and sense of humour really stood out, and he honestly made our holiday even more special.
🍹 The bar staff are also fantastic. Manager Mohamed is always smiling, and his whole team are so happy, friendly and can’t do enough for you. A special mention to Ahmed and Kareem (AKA Happy Larry!), who is always smiling 😁. I can’t remember everyone’s names, but every member of the team was brilliant and always went above and beyond.
💬 Guest Relations also deserve a special mention. They were always so helpful, friendly and approachable, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. What I really appreciated was how genuinely happy they were to receive feedback. They listened to what we had to say, were interested in our experience and always made us feel that our opinions were valued. It was lovely to see a team who genuinely care about their guests and want to make sure everyone has the best possible holiday.
🧹 The cleaning staff work incredibly hard and always made sure our room was clean and tidy. I can’t remember the name of the cleaner we had during the first week, but we had Mohamed during our second week, and they were both amazing. They were always checking that we were okay and asking if there was anything we needed. It’s those little touches that really make a difference. 🍽️ The food this year was, in my opinion, a lot better than our previous visit. There were definitely more options available, especially at the beach bar. During our first week, Nabil was cooking there, and he was always welcoming, friendly and happy. I honestly don’t think I ever saw him without a smile! 😊
The only thing I was a little disappointed about was the à la carte restaurants. They have now all changed to set menus, and as I’m an extremely fussy eater and don’t eat very much, I really don’t like wasting food. Because of this, we didn’t visit them this year. We did last year, though, and had a fantastic experience, so it was a shame not to be able to enjoy them again.
💆♀️ The massages were fantastic too! We had four massages during our stay. My partner had Morgan, who was absolutely amazing, friendly and, as my partner says, has “magic hands”! My partner has scoliosis and suffers with pain, but found the massages really helped and was so impressed. I had Amira, who was also brilliant and amazing — always smiling and so lovely.
Overall, we had another fantastic holiday. The staff really are what make this hotel so special. So many people work incredibly hard behind the scenes and go above and beyond to make sure guests have a great stay.
We would honestly recommend this hotel and will definitely return again. ❤️🌴☀️ Thank you to everyone who made our 14-night stay so memorable — you’re all amazing! ❤️

Excellent Service, Great Food and a Wonderful Stay
I had a wonderful stay at Charmillion Hotel. The service was excellent throughout our entire stay — the staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist.
The food was very good, with a large variety of options to choose from, so there was something for everyone. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
I would also like to give a special thanks to Maha from Guest Relations, who was extremely polite and helpful and assisted us with making a reservation at one of the à la carte restaurants. Her kindness and professionalism were greatly appreciated.
Overall, we were very impressed with the quality of the service, food, and accommodation. We had a great experience at Charmillion and would definitely recommend the hotel. We would happily stay here again!
Disappointed
Stayed at sea life, stuck in the past, we went 17 yrs ago and decided to return for our 40th wedding anniversary only to find the curtains have never been updated a the furniture in our room. The amination team were not very organised at all. Our cleaner Azouz was amazing very helpful and always made sure we had everything we needed. Restaurant staff were fantastic. I wouldn't go back even though we had a lovely time.
