Below expectations
Rooms need renovation, curtains are stained and broken. The furniture you feel never been maintained before and very old The A/C is broken and doesn’t work properly at one of the rooms Towels are very old and worn out The beach towel change system is not applicable as you need to be back to your room before 6:30pm to be changed while the sunset is almost at 7:50pm so why to come back early to my room???

Was maybe a 5 star hotel many years ago but now more like a 4 star. Rooms need renovated and found the bed very uncomfortable. Was only there for 1 week and ended up with diarrhea for 5 days. Onsite doctor advised its very common. Food was average in main foodhall. I'll definitely avoid the salad next time. The Italian restaurant was nice. The hotel and grounds are clean and well maintained and the beach was fantastic as too was the pool areas. Room keycard failed 4 days in a row and had to return to reception to fix each time. Hotel staff were nice. We enjoyed our break but not the 5 star experience we were expecting.

I had a perfect 7-day stay. The staff were excellent and eager to help, from the reception team to the pool staff. Thank you for everything; I hope to see you again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed our time here. The atmosphere was pleasant, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everyone made us feel very welcome.
The food was enjoyable, and we especially appreciated the variety of options available. The hotel itself has a lovely atmosphere, and there are many facilities and activities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
A special thank you to all the staff for their kindness and hospitality. They were always ready to help and made our vacation more memorable.
