Disappointing Experience After 11 Visits – Room 2143
We have been visiting Jaz Mirabel Beach Resort for the past six years, and this is already our 11th stay. Unfortunately, this time has been extremely disappointing.
Despite reporting several issues with our room, poor service, missing essentials, and the lack of German TV channels, nothing has been properly resolved.
Yesterday, I sent a detailed complaint to the hotel manager. Today, we were called to reception, where we explained everything again. We were promised that someone would assist us from 1:30 PM onwards. However, despite repeated calls and assurances that an engineer would come within minutes, no solution has been provided.
After almost two weeks at the hotel, we are still dealing with the same problems.
We deliberately chose Jaz Mirabel Beach Resort because of our wonderful experiences over the past six years. Sadly, the standards of service and hospitality have deteriorated considerably.
We once felt like family here. This time, we feel neither valued nor appreciated as loyal returning guests.
A truly disappointing experience.

Came here to celebrate my partners birthday and they went above and beyond to make is special for her! We’re sad to be leaving in a few days time but have throughly enjoyed our stay all the entertainment team have been so friendly and helpful making our stay so enjoyable, the bar staff especially Mohammed makes amazing cocktails for us all day long. Cannot thank everyone enough for making our stay so enjoyable!
Lovely spacious hotel.
Rooms are in need of an upgrade but are always very clean. Hammala kept us supplied with tea, coffee etc and made sure we were always happy with the room. The outside areas are immaculate with plenty of space and sunbeds. The let down is the lack of service at the lobby bar, enough waiters to collect empty glasses but reluctant to refresh drinks unless you tipped resulting in long queues at the bar.

Wonderful experience at JAZ Mirabel Resort
My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at JAZ Mirabel Resort. The food was delicious, with a large buffet offering different specialties every day. There are several well-maintained swimming pools, and the sun loungers are nicely spread out, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Our room and bathroom were both very spacious, as was the terrace. We would definitely recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our stay!
Amazing experience
Location great, atmosphere amazing, rooms exceptionally clean, value for money was brilliant. Noise level great, service was amazing and especially amenities.
