Lovely place
Staff are amazing especially Mostafa who done the most incredible job every single day. Always welcomes us with a smile and couldn’t be more helpful if he tried The kids absolutely adored him It was sad to see his manager shouting at him when his work was always perfect
Holiday
Another lovely stay at the hotel with family the staff as always work so hard bar staff and restaurant staff, you can always count on Jimmy/ Gomma in the small restaurant round the back. The entertainment is OK have seen better but Yora is by far the best I've seen for a long time so keep it up. Take it from me I'm a returning guest of over 20 years now and I will still keep coming back it's and amazing hotel and the staff continue to make it even better keep up the good work
