Staff outstanding especially aqua park
Not a 4 star hotel,food is awful nothing for children to eat other than chicken nuggets.The rooms are very basic but also very clean.my cleaner was great made animals out of towels for my grandchildren oh and also picked me sum 💐 very trustworthy kind and will help all he can. Now the very very best part of this hotel is the staff they are so kind hearted always smiling and cant do enough to help you. And the very very best 1000% is the life guards mohammed taught my grandchildren 5&8 how too swim so much patients kind hearted and made our family stay at this resort much better. Constantly watching for the safety of all children in the pools/slides/lazy river.I also for getting our sunbeds&towels daily,need to mention Ahmed&Taher. Also not forgetting Ali who brought our drinks daily always had the biggest smiles unfortunately cant remember others names around the pools,these staff go above and beyond to help you in any way they can.They work long long hrs for a tiny amount of money,yet always smiling. The staff make up for this nit so good hotel such a shame because a few tweaks this hotel could easily become a 5 star.The hotel is quite central.First time in egypt and it wont be my last I love the place.Any trips book around the pool forgot the mans name.I had spar treatments which were great too and very reasonable.Thank you to all the lovely staff once again
