Parrotel Lagoon Resort Sharm El Sheikh

Avoid this hotel. They have no safety controls. We have just got back from staying here. On Wednesday night we had an early night due to having 2 young children with us, we were awoke around 1230 by 2 men and the hotel manager forcing our bedroom door open, apparently the 2 men had lost there key card, but gave our room number, as we slept with the latch on the door, they could not get in with the card (we were still asleep), but then returned with the hotel manager, who forced entry into our room, I then woke up and confronted them what they were doing, the manager then had the cheek to ask what we were doing in the room, we had been there for 7 nights already. There was no checks done before giving out key cards to random people, we also had 2 young children asleep in the room, I’m scared to think what would of happened if I had not woke up. We had to sleep with the door barricaded in case this happened again, thankfully it was our last night in the resort. I would avoid at all costs.

We had a wonderful 7-day stay at Parrotel Water Park in Sharm El Sheikh. My family and I had so much fun! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the animation team was amazing, especially their shows, activities, and the fantastic beach party they organized. A special thanks to Lucy, who made the karaoke nights so much fun and helped make our holiday even more memorable! ❤️

The view of the hotel from our room was amazing. The food was not always the best, but there were different options to choose from. Overall, we had a great holiday and really enjoyed our time! 🌴☀️

The animation was good. Mohammed was very nice.
