The resort is located on the southern tip of Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, on the Red Sea coast. Guests can explore this magnificent place, well known with its beautiful sandy beaches. The beach hotel is set on 30 acres of landscaped gardens with waterfalls, rivers and 22 individually designed bridges. All tourist venues are easily accessible. The bus service to and from the airport is free of charge for all guests and is available on request. This air-conditioned hotel has a total of 329 rooms and suites. It offers a broad range of facilities including entertainment spots, conference facilities and a restaurant. Younger guests are offered a kids club and a playground. Parking is also available. The rooms and suites are decorated in Arabic, tropical and maritime themes. Each room is fully-equipped as standard including a satellite TV, Internet access and a balcony or terrace.

BEST RESORT
I have stayed at this resort abt 8times with friends n family,this time went with a friend it was her 1st time n she loved it. Would like to thank mr Reda who always looks after me n makes my stay enjoyable. The best thing about this resort is the hospitality of the team from Mr Mohammed (the big boss)Mr Reda,Mr Ahmed,Mr Sayed,Mohamed kamel,Mahmoud,Essam, and all the restaurant staff,cleaners housekeeping they were all so friendly n made us feel like V.I.P would like to say thank u to everyone. Food is so great n delicious with so much variety overall the whole resort is so clean n beautiful would giv 10/10 will always go back its like my 2nd home n would recomand to my friends n family ABDA SULEMAN

A lovely friendly hotel
The parrotel hotel is a lovely hotel. The team work hard to keep it clean and tidy and every member of staff speaks to you. The hotel is about 15 mins from the airport. Our room was cleaned every day with some fantastic towel art to greet us everyday! The bar in the reception is looked after by Mohammed and Karen. These guys are great! They are so welcoming and always happy to see you. The restaurant team are amazing.. Essam, Mahmoud, Mohammed and Abdel, and all the other staff there can not do enough for you. As a gluten intolerant person they also were very accommodating in making gluten free pancakes etc for breakfast. The pool is large clean and refreshing. The pool staff are alert and engaging. The entertainment is not the best.. but it’s a small team who work hard to accommodate all different nationalities and ages groups. Rokita is a little gem. My only gripe would be the music system is not the best and the volume of the music in the day is up and down like a yoyo and you never get to hear a full song! . The bar by the pool is manned by Mohammed and he is always smiling, always knows what you want and is happy to see you. Sayed stopped to speak everytime he saw us and made sure we had what we needed. We ate in the Al a carte italian restaurant on our anniversary and the table was decorated with flowers and we got a cake! Samesalah made sure we were looked after. Hesham is lovely and is always mingling with his staff and guests to make sure all is ok. Mohamed in the spa is a true gentleman and the spa treatments are amazing - if you can get the scrub and the hammam is fantastic. Over all I couldn’t find nothing not to like about this hotel. For me the staff made it a more personal and enjoyable experience. We are already looking to fit in another trip here next year!
Wonderful stay as always
We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxing, and you can see the effort that goes into making sure guests have a great experience.
The food was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a great variety every day, everything was fresh and delicious, and the restaurant service was excellent. The rooms and hotel areas were also kept very clean, and the housekeeping team did a great job throughout our stay.
What really stood out was the hospitality of the team. A special thank you to Reda (Front Office manager), Mohamed Kamel (Restaurant Manager), Ibrahim Saber (Recreation Manager), Ibrahim (Housekeeping Manager), Mohamed Hamid (Rooms Division Manager), Mohamed Ghaffar (General Manager), and Sayed Khairy (Food & Beverage Manager). Everyone was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt very well looked after from beginning to end. Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality and great service. We would definitely be happy to come back again!
Fantastic
I have just spent the last week at this hotel, the staff are absolutely lovely and could not do enough for us, we was lucky to get a free upgrade to our rooms which was a lovely surprise. I would highly recommend the spa ladies, I normal dont like massages but I asked for soft and it was litrally the best massage I have ever had and A great discounted price as we booked from the man that comes to your sunlounger, we never had to rush for a sun lounger which is always my fear so that was added bonus too, rooms were clean food was lovely with plenty of choice, beach was quite but lovely if you are a fish lover as you can sit in the pools of water when tide is out and the fish will swim around you. Overall fantastic holiday 🥰
Great experience
2 of us stayed at this hotel, we had heated mixed reviews of Egypt and were semi sceptical before we came however this hotel completly changed our views, Egypt along with Parrotel beach resort is amazing. All of the staff are nice, friendly and attentive. Sayed in the restaurant especially checked in with us once everyday to make sure everything was good and asked if we needed anything along with providing our requests if we did. Everyone from reception to the bars aswell as the cleaners greeted us with a smile and always asked if we needed anything. Everytime we left the hotel to do tours or just walk around we felt safe as the security made sure to ask where we were going and check any drivers details when we were picked up. The hotel is beautiful itself with nice views and a private beach with a beach bar. Also the food is great, I eat basically anything and from videos and reviews surrounding Egypt I was expecting to get ill from eating various meats, etc however have spent 10days eating in this hotel and have been absolutely fine and enjoyed each meal. 5 starts we will be back at somepoint hopefully.
