Regency Plaza Aqua Park and Spa Resort

Me and my friends had recently been to Regency Plaza resort in Sharm el Sheik, we lived the services guys, they are all kind, the food is amazing, the resort is simply a masterpiece, and we loved how we were treated and serviced at the restaurant “LOS AMIGOS” inside the resort where the employee Ahmed made us feel so comfortable and made us feel like we were at home with all the comfort a person need.

A fantastic family holiday – Egypt 🇪🇬☀️ We’ve just returned from a fantastic family holiday in Egypt and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better time. The complex was absolutely beautiful and much bigger than I imagined — there was so much to see and do, and the children absolutely loved it. A special mention has to go to our room cleaner, Ali Ramadan. He was absolutely brilliant. Our room was always spotlessly clean, and every time we returned after breakfast it was beautifully done. He also made the most amazing and creative towel creations, which the children absolutely loved coming back to. He really did go above and beyond and always had a smile on his face. Another huge mention to Taha, the lifeguard, who was fantastic with the children. He was so friendly, helpful and attentive, and always had a smile on his face. He even taught one of my children to swim underwater, which was such a lovely thing for him to do. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better lifeguard — he couldn’t have been more helpful if he tried! The rooms themselves were very spacious, which was great for a family. The only downside for us was that the mattresses were quite hard, but that’s obviously personal preference. The children absolutely loved the evening entertainment and looked forward to it every night. They even went to the kids’ club one day, which is something we have never done on holiday before, so that says a lot! They made pizzas at the pizza/pasta bar and came back so proud of themselves — it was such a lovely experience for them. We were also really impressed with the food. There was plenty of choice and we found something for everyone. At breakfast, there was a lovely gentleman outside at the BBQ area making fresh omelettes and fried eggs to order (I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name!), which became an easy favourite for us. At lunch and dinner, the gentleman at the BBQ area was always cooking something fresh, from burgers and skewers to Tandoori chicken. Everything we tried was lovely, and then you could head inside and choose from all the other options at the buffet. There was always plenty of choice and we never struggled to find something we enjoyed. We also booked some excursions through our On the Beach rep. We had a meeting with our rep the day after we arrived, which was really useful, and we ended up booking camel rides, quad biking and a dinner and dance evening in the desert. There were so many excursions available and we thought they were all very reasonably priced. We actually wish we had stayed longer because there were so many more things we wanted to do! Overall, we had such a lovely family holiday and made some really special memories. The beautiful complex, fantastic staff, great food, brilliant entertainment and choice of excursions made it a holiday we’ll remember for a long time.

A huge thank you to Ali Ramadan and Taha for making our stay that little bit more special. They are a real credit to the hotel and deserve to be recognised for how hard they work and how lovely they are with guests. We absolutely loved our time here and we will definitely be back! ❤️☀️🇪🇬

The room uses air con. Good size and comfortable enough to sleep in.

The rooms are always clean thank to our cleaner mohamed

The noise level are not that loud and manageable and doesnt disturb anyone

The manager at reception is very kind. The staff behind reception are rude and unprofessional. Making me feel like im stupid

The pool staff momen is a good person and ensures we have what is required at all times. Needs a raise. You can see he is professional and a hard worker.

In the hotel it is very expensive but just outside the hotel and across the road a lot cheaper

At night the bar staff are very helpful and always will greet and support anything you need to your table.

DO NOT DRINK the alcohol. It tastes and smells of perfume and doesnt taste nothing like alcohol. So be careful. Tried for 2 days but couldnt carry on. the beer is light

The food is a wide selection and great however it kept going right through me after eating.
