Amazing place!
I am writing this review whilst sat in reception waiting for our transfer home. We originally had a different hotel booked and swapped to this after seeing an increase in negative reviews and we are thrilled we did. Are some areas tired and in need of a lick of paint? Yes….but in now way does this affect your holiday. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept, always see gardeners around keeping everything tidy. The rooms are large with comfy beds and the air con is brilliant!! Food is one of the best iv had at an all inclusive resort! Always a Carvery type meat, roast beef/chicken. Pasta grilled fish/chicken. So much to choose from and we enjoyed it all. Highly recommend the Chinese à la carte. Sayed in the food court bar was lovely! Always so friendly and welcoming! Animation team are the best I have come across! All so hard working and every night we enjoyed all the entertainment! Mido (I think he was called we only saw him on our last few days) is amazing, always goes out of his way to have a chat when he passes and always has a smile on his face! Cannot recommend this hotel enough and we will definitley be returning! Thank you for an amazing holiday

Nice hotel. Delicious food. Beautiful grounds. Great entertainment
Slightly dated but great hotel and holiday
Just back from a great stay, hotel and rooms are a little dated and rough around the edges. However the staff were lovely, found room to really clean and they kept on top with housekeeping. Good food and entertainment for me and all of our family
Very bad hotel
The worst experience ever.
The staff were frowning and never smiled at all.
The rooms had a really bad smell.
Just walking into the restaurant, you can tell it’s bad from the smell alone.
And the worst part: the water was cut off in the room, and the response was very slow.
I just hope my trip ends as soon as possible with this management and these bad employees.
I do not recommend it at all.

Hotel review royal rihana beach
I would like to say thank you the whole hotel staff And management for the amazing experience we had at the royal rehana beach the hotel a very good customer service since we approach the main door To the reception including the concierge until we check in to the room all was perfect. They were very professional polite smiling and very friendly We are a family of four People who booked two rooms , very comfortable clean and spacious. I would like to say thanks to all the restaurant friendly staff numbers and specialty Mr Allan Sobhi restaurant staff number he is really the star of the restaurant and the hotel we had an unforgettable stay We are looking forward Stay next year's I would advise anyone to book for this hotel I will give five stars for the hotel and seven stars for the staff numbers.
