The workers were very nice and kind, everything was very nice.

Al'a carte resteurants are very good. Service is exceptional. T'Bone Steak is really great. I would higlhy recommend Rixos Radamis speciality resteurants. Only one downside is that we managed to book only 3 during our 1 week stay.
A Wonderful Family Stay at Rixos Radamis Sharm
We had a really great stay at Rixos Radamis and enjoyed every part of it.
The hotel is beautiful, very clean and well organized. The rooms were comfortable, the food was very good with lots of choices, and the pools and water park were perfect for the kids.
A big thank you to the entertainment team, the lifeguards and all the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful and always made us feel welcome.
There was always something to do for both adults and children, and the whole atmosphere of the resort was very nice and relaxing.
We had a wonderful family holiday and would definitely come back again.
Aquapark
Very disappointing experience with a staff member in aqua park (17.08.2026)
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Rixos Radamis, but unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience with one of the staff members at the water slides.
The security staff member named Khaled, who was standing at the entrance to the slide, refused to allow a mother to join her minor child. The child had already taken a place in the queue in order to avoid creating a crowd, and the mother simply wanted to join her child before the ride. The slide allows three people to ride together, so there was no issue with the number of people on the slide.
However, Khaled refused to let the mother join her child and simply said that it was not allowed. As a result, the child was very scared and uncomfortable because they were not allowed to ride together with their mother.
I find this attitude completely inappropriate, especially in a family resort. A little understanding and common sense would have made a big difference in this situation. I hope the management will pay attention to this incident and ensure that staff treat families and children with more understanding and respect.
Pool area
Blue plannet pool are very good- lifeguard very aware of children, constantly checking if any small children are alone to see if they are okay. Service good.
