Don't go if you want a relaxing peaceful time or you will come back stressed and annoyed when you get home. If you want 18-30 holiday with loud, distorted music from every angle of the hotel, 2 different songs from different areas at the same time plus add to the mix other's bringing their beat boxes to edge of pools and whacking up their music (all at the same time) plus foam parties then it's for you. The animation male has limited music choice, playing 5 tunes over and over again in morning, afternoon and evening and totally out of rhythm.
Staff allow smoking in pools leaving cigarettes lying in pools and generally the staff have no control. When certain people hand staff money they can do what they like and when anyone else complains staff seem too afraid to say anything. Alot of groups of men staying, also allowing a large group of 48 young males aged 16-20ish turned up creating a fight within 20 minutes of turning up and then insisting on loud Egyptian music of their choice, then creating if it didn't happen.
You cannot fault the hotel cleanliness and the staff are really friendly but helpful not so much.
There are no lifts if you are placed on 1st or 2nd floors, especially if you have medical problems. Also beware alot of Egyptian tummy bug with ourselves and many other guests getting it.
The hotel is definitely not relaxing, if that is what you are looking for. We came home worse than we went.

Wonderful Stay definitely come back
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and we truly want to thank the entire team for their exceptional hospitality and kindness. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful. A very special thank you to Mr. Mustafa Tawab for his outstanding hospitality, continuous support, and genuine care and attention throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that every detail was taken care of. His kindness and professionalism truly made our experience even more special. We would also like to thank all the staff, from the reception team to the housekeeping and cleaning staff. Everyone was friendly, respectful, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. It is rare to find such a wonderful team that genuinely cares about its guests. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service.
What an amazing place
Just sat in the lobby waiting for my transfer back to the airport and reflecting on a fantastic 7 day break. Firstly the staff here are second to none. There is literally nothing they wouldn’t do for you. Shout out to Ahmed at the pool bar who took care of us. The life guards, housekeeping, restaurant staff, literally everyone was amazing and we thank them. The rooms are clean, spacious, beds were comfortable, I honestly couldn’t fault the rooms, service or grounds. It’s perfect.
If there was any criticism I have, it’s to do with the food. It was very repetitive and even at the à la carte restaurants, we didn’t feel there was much variety and taking to other, guests there was a general feeling that options were often dry/overcooked at times. We did mention this to a guest relations person who was walking around asking for feedback.
That’s my only negative of this place. It’s honestly an amazing place and management should be proud of their teams who look after guests and make them feel welcome at every turn.
Would I go back? Absolutely.
Our Happy Place
Returning to our happy place in a couple of weeks ! This hotel is great we are returning for the 4 th time in a couple of weeks and cannot wait .Staff go above and beyond everytime we have visited. Food and Drink is great only thing that I can say on the minus side is the evening entertainment could be a lot better especially as its an Adult only hotel .Bar staff brilliant our cleaner was great and the restaurant staff their service was fab .

Cleopatra Hotel
Room- 4254 Had an amazing experience at the cleopatra hotel. Staff were lovely especially Nasr he was amazing and was very helpful. Definitely recommend
