Lovely hotel
Booked a massage in the spa , Shona was excellent . We used the jacuzzi, would recommend using the facilities. Spa was clean, smell was good , staff very friendly. Badaway Maher was friendly, always a smile on his face at the beach & spa.

Hotel very nice, and the spa massage cleopatra program very very good, my family is very happy for the massages, i recommend! And the manager sales Badawy Maher is a good men in a time happy and smiles and also control spa! The spa is very good clean and the smell is very good!

Hotel very nice
10/10 experience. Me and my mother loved the facilities. The staff are very accommodating. In love with the spa and the treatments - recommend the full body scrub and massage. Badawy is very happy and smiley. Happy to help with any needs. spa is very clean and very nice. Shayma and Zainab amazing spa therapists.
