- Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh

Located on the southernmost tip of the Sinai Peninsula in Egypt in Ras Nasrani. The resort fronts onto the Red Sea and has spectacular views to Tiran Island and the Gulf of Aqaba.Enjoy a seaside resort experience unparalleled in the Middle East. Superb dining spa fitness diving and sports and luxurious guest rooms clustered like a hillside village above the shimmering drama of the Red Sea. The resort is clustered as a hillside village with a funicular that makes the walk down or up from the beach a breeze.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
This is one of those hotels that genuinely wows you with its luxury. From the moment we arrived, the staff were simply amazing. Whether it was the room service team, pool staff, housekeeping or the buggy drivers, everyone was incredibly friendly and couldn’t do enough to help.
It is a big resort, so in the Sharm heat it’s not really practical to walk everywhere. Thankfully, the buggies are fairly quick and frequent. We were there when the hotel was at full capacity and only really struggled to get a buggy around pre-dinner time, which I assume is their busiest period. Luckily, our room was close to the pool and breakfast restaurant, but we used the buggies regularly to get to the fitness centre and main entrance.
There are two pools, including a gorgeous smaller infinity pool, but we spent most of our time at the larger pool. There were plenty of sun loungers, even when we arrived at different times of the day, which was a big plus.
The location is also excellent. The resort is right next to SOHO Square, and one of the hotel buggies will take you to the entrance, where you’ll find some good restaurants and a little shopping. Naama Bay is around 20 minutes away by taxi, while the Old Market is roughly 30 minutes.
Another nice touch is the amount of free bottled water provided, both in the room and around the pool. In the heat, this is a much-appreciated bonus.
One tip for taxis: you’ll need to haggle. We found it much easier to download the Sharm Taxi app, which takes away a lot of the hassle of negotiating prices.
Overall, this is an amazing hotel with genuinely amazing staff. We had a fantastic stay and would have absolutely no hesitation in coming back if we return to Sharm El Sheikh.
I’m gonna keep this short and precise. Best Hotel in Sharm, the most humble and hardworking employees (Ziad and Abdu Rahman 💯) attention to detail amazing (daughter with allergies well catered for), lovely scenery from all over the resort, rooms spacious with everything you require. Will 💯 b coming back, wife and kids lived the place. Thank you for making our stay memorable 👌🏽
Hi. I’m currently starting at the four seasons in sharm with a week left and to be completely honest, I am very disappointed. I should mention that per multiple staff, the hotel is at the time of this review and stay, at around 1200 of an occupancy of 3000. I should also mention that though this is nit picky, it falls below the standard of the four seasons compared to other resorts, and is exacerbated by the price difference compared to nearby 5 star hotels.
Breakfast has been poor every day, in both Arabesque and Zeitouni, the two open restaurants. You can expect a wait of around half an hour daily just to be seated, and it is clear the restaurant aren’t staffed appropriately. Tables are not wiped down, , and I have twice experienced tables with juice spilt all over from previous diners, even when multiple staff are standing around, and it does take a while for them to clear used dishes. Further, I have twice had used cutlery presented as clean. On an occasion, outside chairs were brought inside, though dotted with bird poo.
The pool side service has also been poor. I requested to make an order for food, with the waiter assuring me he would be a moment, only for him to come back 30 minutes later and still ask if I wanted anything.
A huge issue is the lack of buggies. This is the largest four seasons resort in the world, and they advertise golf buggies to take you around. However, the wait time can average around 20-30 minutes, and you have to book on most occasions via telephone. Even if you do book, I once called twice for a buggy for my room, and host to wait a further 10 minutes, totalling around 40 minutes.
It should be noted that some of the staff go above and beyond to be helpful, such as the buggy staff and the beach staff. They are the saving grace of this hotel.
To conclude, this falls far below the standard not only expected of the four seasons globally, but also nearby 5 star hotels at a much cheaper price point.
We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, always checking that we were okay and going out of their way to help with anything we needed. The service throughout the resort was truly exceptional. The restaurants on site were outstanding, with delicious food and a fantastic variety of options. A special mention has to go to the pool staff, who were exceptionally warm, friendly, and attentive, making every day by the pool a wonderful experience. The entire resort exceeded our expectations, and we left with unforgettable memories. We can’t wait to come back!
Had an amazing holiday at the Four Seasons Sharm .it is literally 10 minutes from the airport. The staff were so nice and helpful: From Mohammad and Milad and Hany the manager on the Beach to Elaria at the Arabisq breakfast place (can’t forget Ahmed on the omelette station ..such a nice guy) and Yousef and Abdel Rahman the buggy drivers . And Mr Ragab Hamouda the restaurants manager who made us feel so welcome. We felt like royalty! And if you like to snorkel , it is absolute heaven with the house reef. You don’t need a boat trip. Lots of marine life there. The food is nice but they need to expand their selection and possibly offer a dinner buffet. Our rooms were big and clean with super comfortable beds but the tech within the rooms needs an upgrade (they are already doing that which is great to see). The food prices were a bit steep but TBH any hotel of this caliber anywhere else would have the same prices. But if you are in Egypt you expect the prices to be a bit lower due to the currency exchange rate. overall, I would go there again in a heart beat. Can not recommend it enough.
