A Wonderful Experience and Beautiful Memories
I had a truly wonderful stay at Sultan Gardens Resort. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome, genuine friendliness, and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a sincere smile, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my stay.
I also had the pleasure of dining at both the Indian Restaurant and the Italian Restaurant, and both experiences were absolutely fantastic. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely, and the service was excellent. The staff at both restaurants made the dining experience feel special and memorable.
What I appreciated most was the genuine guest care and personal attention. It wasn't just about providing a service; It was about making me feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated.
This was truly a beautiful and memorable experience, and I left with wonderful memories that I will cherish. I would definitely love to come back again and highly recommend Sultan Gardens to anyone looking for excellent hospitality, professional service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!
The hotel staff and their manager were very service minded. The food quality and drinks were great, and even the gym and beach were good.
The only downside was that the rooms are old and definitely need renovation.
The second thing was that most of the guests almost 80% were from Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, which made me feel like I wasn’t in Egypt.
I hope my next visit will be different.
We stayed as a family of 5 for 2 weeks in July. The hotel was immaculate the rooms gardens beach area and restaurants all extremely well maintained. The food in the buffet was very varied and really good quality and the a la carte restaurants were very very good. The pizza by the beach was fantastic. All the staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for you very attentive and hard working and made our holiday very special. Special shout out to Ahmed at the adult pool and the entertainment guys Mahmoud Nedo and Biso. Really enjoyed getting to know you all, you are a credit to the hotel. We were very sad to leave and would 100% recommend this hotel
A hotel with amazing food! They really go the extra mile with the seafood, lamb, and veal here! Goodness, the octopus is delicious this year—stewed, fried, grilled, or stuffed with shrimp and squid; such a tasty feast! The sea, the sunsets, and the two chefs will turn your vacation into a heavenly gastronomic delight! I love this hotel!
At first I was worried, the air con in our room was so loud that I did not sleep at all on the first night, after speaking to management they changed our room straight away. If you plan on staying at this hotel make sure you op for the upgraded rooms. There were 5 swimming pools one of which was for over 14s which was a god send, there was also an adults only eating section in the restaurant. The staff at this hotel were amazing especially EHAB who waited on us in the adult section of the restaurant for the majority of our visit, he definitely made our holiday. The lifeguard who was also at the over 14’s pool for that majority of our stay was also amazing, he could not have done enough for us. Like I said all the staff were lovely but these two really stood out for us. There were very few English people staying at this hotel, but this was not a problem at all as all the staff spoke English and all the music played round by the pool was English too. The hotel is massive, there are taff taff’s (buses) that pick you up and will drop you off round the hotel as the private beach is down a hill and you don’t really want to be walking up it in 40 degree heat. The only reason for a 4* and not a 5* is purely down to my preference, with my family being non smokers and have never smoked, we found it a little uncomfortable at times as everyone smokes, guests were even smoking or vaping in the pool. This would be the only reason why we would not return to this hotel, but if you are a smoker then you would love this place.
