Great stay at SUNRISE Arabian Beach Resort
We had a great stay at SUNRISE Arabian Beach Resort. The resort is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was good, and the entertainment and activities were enjoyable. We really enjoyed the beach and the overall atmosphere. A special thank you to Mr. Marwan Ayman for his kindness and excellent service. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay special. We would definitely come back again!
Pleasant enough but lacking the extra touch
A nice enough holiday but lacking in places. So many steps! There is a bus that runs around the perimeter but there is nowhere to just go for a walk. The hotel is built on levels and we had a 100 step climb to get to the restaurants. Swimming pools are gorgeous and Hassan at the adults only pool was outstanding and worked incredibly hard. Room cleanliness was average- we had a swim up room but unfortunately it was in the shade so we didn’t get the benefit from it. Food in buffets was really good but restaurants didn’t live up to our expectations. The beach restaurant was good for lunch. Plenty of sun beds and places to sit so this was a bonus. Water slides are only on for a few hours morning and afternoon and it took us all week to realise this as when we looked they were always turned off. Pretty beach with good snorkelling options. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful but I have had better service at other hotels in Sharm. Lovely spa, clean and welcoming. Paid for the hamman which was lovely although the hotel are doing some renovations so it was accompanied by the sound of a pneumatic drill which ruined the relaxing aspect. Not very much entertainment so can’t really comment as we only saw one show.

Waterfall bar, so relaxing!
Relaxing at the Waterfall bar after a chill day sunbathing. Youssef generously takes care of your every need, always with a cheerful greeting and a friendly smile. He doesn't stop there, making regular trips round the nearby pool to take orders and deliver drinks promptly. This bar and Youssef have really made the holiday very special. Thank you Sunrise and thank you Youssef!

Fantastic spa experience
Ok so here now, 2 days in and just thought I’d share my first thoughts! This place is amazing! The staff are incredible! Just used the spa and had a massage, which we weren’t going to do based on other reviews I’d read on here but my goodness am I so glad we did! Got a bargain for three massages booked together and the first one was with Josephine who was Brilliant!! Can waiting for the next one now. Can’t recommend enough!
Vacation with my friend
We stayed here with a large group, and since we visit Egypt every year, we really have something to compare it with. This hotel pleasantly surprised us, especially the very polite and well-trained staff who made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The food was delicious and varied, with lots of fresh fruit every day, and Filuka restaurant had excellent seafood. The beach and reef are beautiful, we went snorkeling almost every day and each day was better than the last. A special thank you to the animation team, especially Eva, Marwan, and Masha, for keeping us in a great mood throughout the holiday. The Greek party was definitely our favorite!
