Experiencing savoy hotel was a Wow factor its Location is Superb with being close to the Airport. Atmosphere inside and especially Outside around the Pools was excellent. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Walk in Shower of which was very powerful value was good . Staff were Outstanding with Arriving where we were greeted by Concierge service from Milan who was so happy and polite and at Guest Relations Yustina was incredible with any issues being resolved instantly and arranging for our Room to be decorated for our Anniversary. As said the Savoy Staff were Incredible starting with a Cleaner name Mahmoud who was such a pleasant and well hard worker, then Peter in the Safari Bar who was so welcoming every time he see you, then we come to Food of where we started everyday in the Buffet Restaurant for Breakfast. Choice was something I’ve never seen ( amazing ) One Lady totally stood out which a smile so big every morning and getting Cappuccinos of any drink required, Rasher I’m sure was her name who is an absolute credit to the Savoy as were all Staff but where do you stop.

Amazing stay!
Me and my family went to the savoy on the 18th of September, we were pleasantly surprised with the service the entire holiday. Upon arrival we were helped into the hotel and someone took our suitcase to our rooms for us, which was very helpful after a long flight and our grandmother in a wheelchair. Our rooms were located in the “jasmine rooms” we were taken to our rooms to stop us from getting lost which was a nice touch. Everyday when we went down to breakfast we were greeted by many different staff members, everyone was so polite! After this we would go to the beach and the staff on the beach were extremely helpful, including Omar who would push our grandma up the steep hill and down when needed. I couldn’t say enough praise for this hotel and would definitely recommend!

Spectacular
We have stayed at Savoy Sharm SoHo for a week and had so much fun superb hospitality and great food. The whole staff was amazing specially Omar Bekheit, life guard, he is great, helpful, friendly and made the stay extra special
Warm hospitality and a relaxing stay
We had a wonderful stay at Savoy Hotel. Everything was very well taken care of, from the spacious and spotless room — thanks to Said for keeping it so nice every day — to the incredibly welcoming and attentive staff.
A special mention to Rasha, who was always smiling, welcoming, and genuinely happy to see us. Her positive energy really made a difference!
The food was varied with plenty of options, and the massages were absolutely perfect — exactly what we needed to relax, thank you Amr !
Overall, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the whole team for making it such a pleasant experience!
