An Amazing hotel got ruined by its quality of people (solo men/women..) not suitable for families ..
First of all, I want to give a special thanks to Chef Mohcen, who always greets me warmly and goes out of his way to make sure I'm well taken care of-even preparing off-menu "special" dishes whenever I can't find anything that catches my eye!
A huge shoutout to Fathy at the bar for keeping a warm smile on his face, even during the busiest rush! Special appreciation to Mansour for going above and beyond-he actually cleaned and fixed my sunglasses for me! And to the guy with braids from the animation team: thank you for bringing such genuine energy and a bright smile to your work every single day (a rare gem, since most of the rest of the team rarely bother to smile!)
Clean & Secure: Clean environment throughout the property and great overall security. Although there are lots of mosquitoes ..
Exceptional Staff & Service: The staff throughout the resort are polite, helpful, and attentive
the main avenue layout is fantastic. (I kinda think you should revise the animation team dresses code , it gets a bit inappropriate sometimes ..) Management was also very responsive to feedback-after bringing up the repetitive music issue, they actually updated the playlist to be more diverse!
CONS :‼️‼️‼️⚠️⚠️⚠️ Uncomfortable Atmosphere & Guest Conduct: Because White Hills currently operates as a partying hotel , the guest environment is very uncomfortable for families, women, and couples. There is a high concentration of arabs khalijis/gulf solo men and loud, disruptive groups display inappropriate behavior-ranging from persistent harassment of women (im a north african arab btw and many of us noticed these kind of behaviour from the Middle Easterns men , they made our stay very unpleasant..)
Pool Crowding: European and North African guests) were constantly migrating from the pools to the beach just to get away from the rowdier crowds. The adults-only pool was completely dominated by groups of men(again .. the annoying khalijis solo men ..) making it very uncomfortable for female guests to swim in peace.
The beach area is for “adults only” : it is built on a terrace above the sea. There’s sand with beach chairs to sit on, but no real shoreline to walk into—you have to walk down stairs directly into the water.
As a family and many others i talked to arent Comfortable coming back .. since its only suitable for adults only or solo travellers ..

During my stay I found Mr. Amar loyal with his job. He has excellent experience in housekeeping and as well as Customer Service. Keep him with your team to provide such good service.
Mixed experience: excellent food, but cleanliness and service let it down
The rooms had an unpleasant smell and weren’t cleaned properly. Even at check-in, the shower gel dispenser was completely empty.
The beach bar service was very slow staff rarely came around to ask if we wanted drinks, so we had to go get our own and carry them back to our spot.
The gym is basic and the equipment needs upgrading, especially given the high room prices.
Don’t be surprised if housekeeping opens your door even when you have the “Do Not Disturb” sign up.
Lastly, the most frustrating part of the stay was receiving a letter the day before check-out, stating that late check-out wasn’t available even though I had never requested it or discussed it with reception. This was a disrespectful way to communicate with a guest.

Late review of my solo trip to White Hills in June 2026. This resort was literally a dream resort, so good in fact that I’m going back at the end of this month. Had the most amazing time with the most amazing people, from the hotel staff, restaurant staff and the soft entertainment team all who were beyond amazing. All beautiful souls both inside and out. A special thank you to Shania Jaymal in the entertainment team who went above and beyond always, the resort are lucky to have such amazing staff.
