Out of this world, we will be returning in two years time, can't wait
All the staff were out of this world, could not do enough for you, so very helpful. Check in and out was very professional. To name some one special was our cleaner in room 4221 was Mr Mohamed El Seadawy. He did our room to a very high standard nothing we could or would complain about. If we needed something that we didn't have but needed it he made sure we got it. He would also leave designs with towels etc on our bed when we returned at the end of the day. Mr Mohamed was always a ray of sunshine and so happy to please.

Food quality!!!
Having previously stayed at the hotel a number of times when it was the Iberotel, we and our friend were bitterly disappointed by the poor quality and choice of the food on offer now that it is a Jaz hotel!!!
Second time, again a great time!
Very good hotel with a very friendly staff! And also good food. It's a good location one side of the hotel is the beach and the other side you have the old market.
An Absolutely Amazing Stay at JAZ Elite Palace!
We had the most wonderful stay at JAZ Elite Palace in Sharm El Sheikh and honestly cannot recommend it highly enough! From the beautiful resort and fantastic location to the incredible facilities, delicious food and outstanding service, everything made for a truly memorable holiday.
What really made our stay so special was the staff. Their warmth, friendliness and genuine care made us feel so welcome and looked after from the moment we arrived. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and it was the little touches, big smiles and personal attention that made all the difference.
A very special thank you to Khalid Sonic, Ahmed Mohamed, Mohamed Abed, Mahdy Mohamed and Mohamed Samir. You gentlemen were absolute stars and a real credit to the resort. Your kindness, professionalism and wonderful hospitality helped make our holiday unforgettable. You went above and beyond, and we hope management recognises the fantastic job you do!
