We had an amazing stay in this hotel. Everything was excellent. Friendly staff,amazing entertainments,spacious rooms and very clean. Beautiful view of the beach. Many thanks to stallone our safari guide +254710239929. He was the best to take us in this amazing hotel. Highly recommend.

Unforgettable
Exceptional service, amazing location
got my Prada sunglasses stolen & jewelry incident
the hotel itself was okay, nothing special. got my sunglasses stolen from my room, probably the cleaning staff did it. unfortunately i noticed when i had already left kenya. moreover, we also had a jewelry incident (!!). my jewelry box was gone, i immediately contacted the reception and the case got resolved. apparently the cleaning staff found my box open and they confiscated it then gave it to the security following the hotel regulations. what an insane explanation. anyways, i want my 200$ back for prada glasses.
Heaven
We absolutely loved our stay at the Neptune Palm Beach Boutique Resort. We did a four day safari first which was extremely tiring so our 6 night stay at the Neptune was heaven. Very clean, great friendly staff and well kept rooms. If I have one little niggle is kids around the bar pool being allowed to splash about whilst we were trying to enjoy a quiet drink but getting splashed in the process. I understand that parents are entitled to enjoy the pool bar too but unfortunately some are too busy drinking rather than watching over their children. I hasten to add that that episode only happened once but with 2 other Neptune sites adjoining it's a shame one is not adults only. Nevertheless it was a beautiful venue and one we will definitely return to next year. The monkeys were an added entertainment. Thank you Neptune Palm Beach
Excellent Holiday
My stay at this hotel in Kenya was absolutely unforgettable, and a huge part of that experience was thanks to an exceptional bartender named Stanley. From the very first day, Stanley made me feel genuinely welcome with his warm smile, positive energy, and incredible professionalism.
Stanley is far more than just a bartender — he creates an atmosphere that makes every evening special. His cocktails were always perfectly prepared, but what truly stood out was his personality. He remembers guests, starts great conversations, and makes everyone feel like a friend rather than just a visitor. Thanks to him, every night had a wonderful vibe and became a highlight of my vacation.
If you are staying at this hotel, I strongly recommend asking for Stanley at the bar. Take a moment to talk with him — you will not regret it. Getting to know Stanley will make your holiday even more enjoyable, just like it did for me.
He is a true professional and a genuinely kind person who clearly cares about the guests’ experience. Stanley turned an already great vacation into something truly special, and I am very grateful for that.
I highly recommend this hotel, and I especially recommend meeting Stanley — he is simply the best bartender you could hope to find. I look forward to coming back one day and sharing another great evening at the bar.
