Modern
Very modern hotel located about 2kms from the main square. Very opulent dining room with a pool area on the ground floor and a rooftop terrace with bar, snacks and another pool. Our room was facing the street which was a little noisy during the day but fine at night. It was spacious and comfortable and had a decent bathroom with a good shower. A fruit bowl and biscuits were provided on arrival, as well as a large bottle of water. The breakfast selection was varied and substantial, with eggs cooked to order. We also ate dinner one night at the hotel and the food was excellent. We had no complaints and would stay there again.

Wonderful stay
What an amazing stay, the hotel is in a perfect location. Our room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, huge comfy bed and a wonderful waterfall shower. The rooftop pool was wonderful, all of the food was gorgeous. But the best part all of your wonderful staff, they are a credit to you, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back to discover more of Marrakech.

Lovely hotel in great location !
Great hotel in great location. Check in was very quick and all staff in the hotel from door staff, to reception were excellent, best customer service i have experienced. Stayed for 7 nights and was upgraded to deluxe room, which was very clean and spacious, room also had a balcony with table and chairs which was a nice addition. On our arrival there were biscuits and fresh fruit in our room which was a lovely surprise and every evening couple of bottles of water were left in the room. Bathroom was spacious with a powerful shower and toiletries were included, so you don’t need to take any. Breakfast was included and there were enough choice, only small criticism was that if you went down a bit later food was not being replenished, so you had to keep asking staff. The hotel had two 2 pools, including rooftop one, which only had a few loungers, so we used the one on the ground floor. The rooftop bar was great and very popular, prices were reasonable. The hotel is in a great location as you can walk to places and the square/medina was only a 20/25 minute walk. There were lots of restaurants and fast food outlets around the hotel which was ideal. Great coffee shop next to hotel which was popular. The hotel also has a currency exchange on reception which was very useful and rates offered were good. We used the spa and had a treatment which was excellent and would recommend, staff were very good. If you stay at the hotel ask for room overlooking pool as the rooms at front are facing the road and this did tend to get noisy late at night, this was the only little downside. The hotel allows you to stay in your room till 2pm when checking out which was a positive as our flight was late afternoon. This is a great gem of a hotel and I would definitely recommend and would stay again!!

Just Amazing

If I had to recommend a hotel in Marrakech, I would definitely recommend this one. The quality of service is amazing, and the team truly goes above and beyond to make sure their guests are happy and satisfied. A special thank you to Oussama, Oumaima, and Fatima and Ouissam They were absolutely wonderful and some of the kindest people I met during my stay in Marrakech ✨️
