Saved my holiday after an issue with another hotel (see my other review if interested!)
Paradise on earth - I started my holiday at a different hotel which I had to quickly leave due to issues you can see if you look at my other reviews - this saved my holiday - I booked direct - I had an issue with my credit card not working the bell boy calmed me down in a stessful time and I managed to get my bank to authorise payment - the staff here are amazing - they all know my 3 year old by name and greet her - bring her ice cream - the facilities here are enough you don’t need to leave the resort (after my stressful arrival due to the other hotel I will not be leaving the resort!) - amazing water park - perfect room - you can stream to the tv via app to get around Netflix etc - showers in room perfect aircon so good I actually forgot it was so hot outside and had to go get changed into cooler clothes - so much to do for the family - the food is incredible best all inclusive selection ive had and i do a 5* resort holiday once a year (they had giant shrimp!) - if I return to marakesh I will be booking here - the staff are what really stand out to me all go the extra mile - could not recommend this hotel enough
Entertainment Team
Really friendly & helpful staff. Entertainment team really good at their job.. & keep us busy all day with activities. Special mention to Salvador, Omar, Ayoub, Abdel, Khalid, Kimo and Mamado for making our holiday a happy one!
3rd time here very impressed
3rd time we have been here it is amazing as always. The food, the room, the animation team is amazing. 100% recommend to come.
Amazing staff
I cannot recommend enough the animation team at this hotel Karim is lovely and he makes everyone feel so welcome, he is so friendly and amazing with the kids. Sara,ibtisam,simo,omar,ayoube,Abdel,khalid,haytam.
A Disappointing Stay
Overall a disappointing experience. Firstly air conditioning is very poor throughout hotel, including bedrooms so escaping heat was difficult. They leave all doors open to restaurants etc this leads to a lot of flies getting in and landing on food. Food quality was very good though. Fresh pizza was excellent although often had large queues as they could not keep up with demand. All staff (with exception of reception staff) were fantastic and could not do enough to help you. Animation team were amazing! Housekeeping was weird. They would come into room between 9 and 10 and take away all our towels. They would then come back later to make up room (sometimes it would be after 3PM before room was cleaned). Some days they would leave towels when they made up rooms other times they would not. You could go from 9AM to 5PM without towels in room! Bar timings also strange. On sign at bottom of stairs to Blue Bar it says it opens at 6PM, on your welcome pack it says it opens at 7PM. We went at 7.30PM and it was closed. Asked at reception and they said it opens at 8PM. We also asked Animation team (as we knew how hopeless reception staff were) and they told us it opens at 11PM. 11PM was correct opening time. It appears that it opens at different times on different days (this is not detailed on the welcome pack) The Blue bar is the only indoor bar so if you want a drink indoors before 11PM on some days you need to go to an outside bar and take it inside.
