This boutique hotel offer a spectacular view of the magnifique red city. It is surrounded by the main principal monuments, as ben youssef medersa, the museum of marrakech, the bahia palace, saadian tombs and other architectural works.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Perfect Place
The staff at this hotel is amazing. Every single person I came in contact with went out of his way to help make sure my stay in Marrakesh was wonderful. I had a 5am pickup to go on an excursion and could not find my ride. I was getting frustrated and ready to give up when the night manager called to find out where the driver was and walked me to the car. That is just one example of the kindness and professionalism you get there. The rooms are clean and comfortable with all of the amenities you could ask for. Breakfast was fresh and varied. The location in the Medina is perfect. You can just walk out the door to enjoy the activity and chaos, but when you walk inside, it is an oasis of peace and quiet.

The best location and an excellent place to stay
My Wife and I stayed here recently and if you are struggling for a place to stay as there are a lot, look no further than here. Perfectly located for the medina and souks, rooms are tidy and have that Moroccan feel to them. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Art place has the added luxury of a roof top terrace with a pool. Definitely would recommend staying here.
Excellent place to stay in Marrakech. I recommend this place wholeheartedly. Location was excellent.
The room was beautiful and quiet. The location was perfect for us. The restaurant was excellent. We stayed here at the end of a Guided Moroccan tour. It was a nice walk to the beginning and end of the Marrakech Marathon which I also recommend. Staff were friendly and helpful. I hope to stay at Art Place Hotel again!

Wonderful and helpful staff, perfectly located for tourism
Wonderful Riad hotel with warm and helpful staff! This was our first trip to Morocco and we were greeted with wonderful hospitality. We booked a larger room and it was huge and well appointed with beautiful furnishings. The location is literally on the main square in the tourist/medina area of town, yet manages to be totally quiet inside. The breakfasts were amazing. But the best part was the warm and helpful staff. They assisted us in finding a local walking tour guide, Adil (he doesn’t drive tours but knows everything local), get train tickets, and help us with every step of our forward planning. Absolutely beautiful service and a wonderful place to land, particularly at the beginning of a trip to Morocco/Marrakech.

We LOVED This Hotel!
We LOVED this hotel. A little hidden gem inside Jemaa El Fna. The hotel arranged airport transfers and we were greeted by our driver. An attendant met us on the street and escorted us through the marketplace to the hotel. From the moment we stepped inside and were greeted with Mint Tea and Cookies, we were hooked. The hotel is gorgeous, the room was lavish and ultra comfortable, the breakfast was so delicious, and we cannot say enough great things about the staff- they were TOP NOTCH. We felt like we were inside a Moroccan paradise. Definitely check this hotel out if you are staying in Marrakech. Worth it!!!
