Location is remote but that’s why picked it, the atmosphere was great from start to finish, rooms clean no issues, good value, place is kept very clean and tidy, noise no issues to be honest if you go adult only got to expect some noise, they do have party pool and a quiet pool, service reception always polite and helpful, 2 lovely ladies always available to help from public relations with a smile, the food was good, good mix I liked some days better than others the desserts were good and always had ice cream, the dining hall staff Akram was amazing he always quick polite and smiling, when he wasn’t there Anas stepped in. The drinks services in the evenings would not be the same without the One and Only ZiZo he was so good he is the hotels secret to a fabulous holiday. If you like activities the in house activities where good, highly recommend the Spa well worth the money. We also did some trips ones to recommend definitely try the hot air balloon ride I booked through trip advisor was so good amazing sun rise, Para Gliding was crazy but well worth it, the guys liked the karting and quad biking although quad biking a little to slow for us, the Souks was good with guide didn’t get time to browse but worth it to not get lost, we did venture back on own using free bus from hotel my tip would be to stay on straight line and return same way lol fresh juice is a must, the water fall in Atlas mountain is a hard climb so if not good with that don’t go. We also did the sun set fire show evening dinner with Camel ride which was good but riding a camel once is enough. We were lucky to see the partial eclipse while there. Overall had the best time
Ahmed and Zizo were absolutely brilliant! Great service , very friendly , great service. Making us the best cocktails all night. Both of them deserve a praise 🙌🏻
My friend and I (both female) were booked into this hotel last week. At first, check in was fine, no issues at all then were led to our room. We were in our room for less than 1 hour when a male staff member did NOT knock, just walked right into our room and started checking our fridge and counter tops while we were there, some hours later, we were at the pool and returned to the room to notice yet again a staff member had entered out room removing items that were on our counter. (Was not the cleaners). This was twice in 1 day! We were at the swim up pool waiting to order a drink while standing beside 6 British men, The bar staff who's name was Maria, looked at my friend extremely rudely and snapped "bars closed" then persisted to turn around and serve the 6 men. This led to the manager coming up to us apologising perfusly as even the men had seen it and asked my friend if she ok as it was so extremely distasteful. While we were at the snack bar, we were among some of the first to sit yet the last to be served despite multiple requests to be served. We were approached by another 2 British ladies who were also travelling together and received the same treatment. Pattern being 2 white solo female travellers. The second day, yet again refused to serve us until all the men were served again despite being the first there. That evening at approx 2am once again, staff entered our room this time refusing to leave, we had to contact the Irish Embassey due to the level of fear and threats we were getting (Do you want to spend the night in prision? Do you realise where you are and what we can do woman? )and got an Uber immediately out of the resort to another hotel. Whilst waiting for the Uber, A senior hotel staff member came out and walked around our Uber trying to intimidate us and the driver while trying to threaten us to the Uber driver but not realising my friend could speak French, he immediately stopped. The reception manager tried to deny multiple times that all of this occurred i.e Entering our room etc and threatened that if we did not stop saying that, we would go to jail but little did he know after the first time the male hotel staff entered our room without knocking, we set up a tablet on the desk and recorded everything in our room whilst we were away.
great holiday downside was i payed 1000MAD deposit but never received it back to my account left a bad taste
Zizo and Ahmed great service lovely kind and respectful men, made our holiday experience even better than it already was
