The Fairmont Royal Palm Experience
We are currently staying at the Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech and I really felt I had to leave a review to say just how wonderful our experience has been so far.
The hotel and grounds are absolutely beautiful and impeccably maintained – it really is such a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. What has stood out most, though, is the service. Everyone we have encountered has been so friendly, attentive and helpful and nothing ever feels like too much trouble.
A very special mention has to go to the lovely ladies in the spa. My two daughters and I had our hammam experience today and we absolutely loved every minute of it! We were looked after so incredibly well from the moment we arrived and made to feel completely relaxed and cared for throughout. The spa itself is beautiful and so peaceful, and the whole experience felt like a real treat.
Thank you especially to the wonderful spa team for taking such good care of the three of us and making the experience so memorable. We came away feeling thoroughly pampered, relaxed and very happy!
We still have plenty of our holiday left to enjoy, but so far the Fairmont Royal Palm has been a wonderful choice and we are very much looking forward to the rest of our stay.

Excellent family holiday
Really great stay at The Fairmont Marrakesh. Perfect mixture of pool time / golf / fun dinners out and of course the obligatory trip to the medina for roof top restaurants.
We are a family of 4 with 2 adult children and it worked really well.
Would recommend a hot air balloon ride to watch the sunrise over the Atlas Mountains. From what we saw all the rooms looked nice.
Obligatory caddy at golf - but well worth it.
Big shout out to Abderzak at the pool side - went above and beyond to provide us with shade during the hot sun periods - was always on hand with water, cocktails and everything else which comes with adult sons!
Also Juliette on reception was great in assisting with anything we needed.
We will be back!

Chaimaa and her team was an absolutely wonderful housekeeping supervisor throughout our stay. She was always kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, making sure that every detail was taken care of and that we felt comfortable.
What impressed us the most was that even though she was about to start her vacation, she personally came to our room to follow up with us, let us know that she would be absent during the end of our stay, and made sure her team would continue taking great care of us.
Her professionalism and kindness truly made a difference. If we come back, I would definitely ask to stay in her block again so we can enjoy the same exceptional service and feel so well taken care of.
