Nestled at the very heart of Marrakech's palm oasis, the hotel is located just 13 km from the Koutoubia Mosque and famous Djemaa el Fna square. Menara Airport is 15 km away. Surrounded by the peaceful gardens of olive and palm trees extending over 4 hectares, the complex blends modern architecture and traditional Moroccan elements. The sumptuously decorated rooms and suites offer incredible views over a sparkling pool, the artificial lake and the magnificent Atlas Mountains. Guests will be taken by flavourful dishes served at 2 restaurants. Afterwards they may have a drink from one of the on-site bars. The youngest ones will delight in kids' club while adults pamper themselves at spa equipped with Hammam, sauna and gym. Further leisure facilities include outdoor pool, paddling pool, sun loungers, aerobics, badminton, tennis. Travellers arriving by car may avail for on-site parking.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Lovely hotel with a few areas to improve upon
We’ve just come back from a great stay at this gorgeous hotel in Marrakech. Here are our honest thoughts!
Rooms: First impressions were fantastic, with the bed beautifully decorated with rose petals and some complimentary bubbly for our special occasion. The room was also spacious and well air conditioned.
One of the things I really appreciated was the British socket in the bathroom. I could curl my hair super easily - something I haven’t been able to do in many places!
We did encounter a couple of minor issues during our stay, including the balcony door not locking. As the rooms don’t have one, we also requested a kettle on two occasions at reception - but it never arrived after being promised, which was disappointing.
Food & Drinks: Delicious food with lots of variety. We particularly loved the crepes!
Our only gripes were that the cocktail menu is very limited, which was a shame. We also thought food could be better labelled.
Entertainment: As a couple, we love a bit of evening entertainment, but 9:45pm for a show was just too late for us unfortunately.
Pools: We used both the main and zen pool areas and loved both! We never had an issue getting a lounger, and thought the big umbrellas were great.
Staff: All friendly and helpful. The animation team were never pushy, which we really appreciated as we’ve been at other hotels where you are guilt tripped into doing activities you don’t want to do!
Cleanliness: We don’t have a bad word to say about cleanliness. Everything was cleaned well and housekeeping always did an excellent job on our room.
Animals: My favourite part of the whole trip? The cats! As a huge cat lover, this hotel was a dream! All very friendly and cuddly.
Shuttle/City Centre: My partner and I decided we wanted to visit the souks one day. Upon check in when we first arrived, we were advised that you could either take the free shuttle bus or pay €25 for a private transfer. Having read reviews online, I knew that the shuttle doesn’t drop you in the centre, so we chose to go the private transfer route. When we went to book the transfer later in the stay, the girl at reception gave us a funny look and said ‘you know the shuttle is free, right?’ We explained that we had been advised of a long walk at the other end. She laughed and said it wasn’t long at all - about 12 minutes. We thought perhaps the reviews exaggerated, so we booked the shuttle bus.
On the day, the shuttle arrived very promptly. It was super easy and we got on, had plenty of seats to pick from and it was clean and air conditioned.
One thing we weren’t aware of prior, when we got off, we were immediately greeted by a man asking whether we were returning to the 12.30 or 2.30 bus. We assumed he was from the bus company, but soon found out he was a tour guide when he started walking us to the centre! If you don’t want to be guided, you need to explain this to them straight away. I was disappointed at first as my partner and I wanted to walk around unaccompanied, but we ended up being pretty grateful when we had to navigate dangerous roads and many, many motorcyclists! The tour guide left us after around 30 minutes, once we got to the square. The medina was intimidating at first so we were glad to have had his company to begin with, and was worth the tip money.
The walk back to the bus was tiring and very, very hot. We are quick walkers, but it must have taken us around 20-25 minutes to navigate. We were exhausted once we got back to the hotel; and would have appreciated a private transfer!
All in all, despite a few areas for improvement, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. There are just a few bits and pieces that could make this hotel exceptional!

A stunning hotel
Every year myself and my 3 sisters (age 45-52) go away for 5 days and every year we go to a different destination, so this year we chose Marrakesh and this beautiful hotel! We had a private transfer and arrived in style in a beautiful Range Rover with a lovely driver, the hotel is stunning, the grounds are gorgeous as are all the bars, outdoor seating areas and pools! We had an adjoining room and they were plenty big enough, we had a problem with the bed but it was quickly sorted! The doors to the bathrooms were not great and didn’t offer great privacy but luckily we were all family! The small terrace looked out over a lovely garden where we found a baby tortoise 🐢and peacocks 🦚 ❤️ The buffet restaurant was great, always had lots of lovely, hot and a huge variety of food with help yourself wine, beers and soft drinks! The hotels bar staff were always very attentive and always remembered your drink of choice! We chose the quiet pool everyday and enjoyed the day beds, always plenty of sun beds, the hotel has a lovely chilled vibe with lots of different areas to relax and enjoy a drink, we booked the Moroccan restaurant for our last night as a treat for my sisters birthday, unfortunately it was a terrible experience, we arrived, were showed to our table, the staff didn’t offer drinks, we had to go to the buffet to get drinks, the staff did not converse with us at all and didn’t even tell us what we were eating, the staff were extremely rude and every time we tried to ask a question they made out they didn’t understand what we were asking! We all felt extremely uncomfortable the whole time we were in there to the point we left after they practically threw the dessert on the table, this was the only thing that we could criticise about our whole holiday! I would of given everything 10/10 apart from the Moroccan restaurant
A family holiday we will not forget - thanks to the hotel 🤩
We travelled in a group of 6, my elderly parents, (78 and 72 ) and myself and 3 siblings. The reason for the trip was to celebrate my sisters 50th birthday.
The reception staff couldn’t do enough to help us and ensure the trip was fantastic! I arrived earlier and sorted out the rooms for all of us, ( 3 double rooms ) the bar staff then helped me to organise 5 champagne flutes and a bottle of bubbly which I could welcome my family with in the impressive reception area.
The rooms I had actually choosen when booking, without realising, was actually facing the back. However, the reception together with their manager helped us to change room the following day to 3 rooms with balconies facing the gardens. If you book - it’s absolutely worth the money. We sat on our balcony a few times and the the varenda are beautiful.
The hotel area is keept clean and well looked after, both pools have their use cases l. The bar by the calmer pool is beautiful and have a great vibe!
The breakfast is very good and you get fresh orange juice and also omelettes freshly made :) lunch is also good and you can also chose just a simple burger by the pool.
The drinks served are totally ok! Tried both the white and rose and despite me being picky, I enjoyed them both as well as the bubbly !
The evening entertainment does the trick with different themes 👍
We also used the gym where is completely fine for a few days on holiday.
Again - the staff couldn’t do enough for us and the service was super! Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Marrakesh!

Great hotel
Amazing hotel lovely staff and great food... Can not fault it. The hotel and grounds are immaculate with peacocks abs peahens wandering around and lots of kittys and ducks.... We even saw a tortoise stroll up past the pool through the sun loungers. Will definitely return to this hotel. The free bus to marrakech square though does drop you a distance from there and it's a good walk to the souks., so I'd suggest an uber as they are cheaper than the taxis. Also a good thing to do is buy an e Sim from the airport on arrival to use for the duration of your holiday because the wifi in the hotel can be hit and miss in certain areas.
